Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our Room was very clean and nice decorated with a beautiful view to Riga Dome Cathedral from bathroom window, comfortable bed and a pillow menu was a big plus. Breakfast was good enough and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially at the reception.

United KingdomOur room was underneath the rooftop bar and we could hear the noise from people moving about. Thankfully, the rooftop restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Wish there were blackout blinds in the rooms as the light does creep in very early.
The food at this hotel is amazing. We had dinner on the rooftop on the first evening and loved it. Breakfasts were equally delightful. We used the spa (ground floor) one evening which was lovely and relaxing. Great central location. Small hotel, private hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and professional.

All aspects of the service was excellent. From our check-in to our check-out, every single person was friendly, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast arrangement is wonderful, so many choices! The room and bathroom were immaculate and it was nice too have such top end toiletries provided each day. We will return!

Staff very friendly and helpful, location perfect just round the corner from the cathedral, room very comfortable and well appointed, but the very best thing was the absolutely wonderful breakfast. There were very varied a la carte items to order, and the small buffet was full of really interesting and unusual items. Nothing ordinary about this breakfast! We’d definitely stay again.
