Perfectly located for exploring the city, spacious room and perfect sleep. Would definitely stay at Bergs again.

Absolutely nothing! It was a perfect place to stay

Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated room with all the facilities one would expect and more! Touches like the bath robes and refrigerated bottles of water were much appreciated. The bed was impossibly comfortable. There was AC as well. The room was cleaned every day. The location is also great. The neighborhood is very trendy and it is easy to walk to the Old Town or find nice shops. The two restaurants outside the hotel are a bit pricy but absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. We also asked them to book a taxi for us for an early morning flight and they were very happy to do so.

Nothing, would recommenced the accommodation to anybody visiting Riga.

We were a large group (14), and the check in process was very efficiently done by the woman who did it. We were all really impressed by the staff, the room, the facilities, and the location. They also arranged some complimentary bottles of wine with the restaurant opposite for a meal we had booked, a very nice touch. A really excellent stay, in a beautiful part of the city.

Unfortunately the hotel bar was not open during our visit so used the bar next door which was a shame as would have been nice to use it as a central Meeting point for the 4 different sets of people in our group

There was an accident when the inspection hatch in the roof of the toilet fell and caused injury after some maintenance was there. Fractured finger.

Spacious apartment, everything is done to a good standard, very warm inside it didn’t even feel that it’s-30 degrees outside! Everything you need to feel like home is available, staff super friendly and helpful, always trying their best to help with any requests. Great location.

Everything was pretty much perfect. A couple more bottles of water would be great. Two extra coffee pods. Tea - there was none. Milk for coffee - there was none.
