“From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the lovely family who runs this accommodation.
The rooms are very spacious with plenty of space to store your bags and belongings, and our bed was comfortable. There is also a spacious shared area where you can have some food or drinks.
What truly set out experience apart was the genuine kindness by the family. Not only did they ensure our comfort during our stay, but they also went above and beyond by teaching us how to cook traditional Sri Lankan food. The cooking classes made our stay even better, giving us memories and new cooking skills.
Although we only booked one night through booking.com, we stayed at this place for one month in total. (They only recently put it online as they were still working on some things when we stayed there)

Peaceful and quiet area about a 500 metre walk from the Midigama beach.
Lush surrounds tucked into some trees, we even saw some monkeys one morning!

“The owner family was super nice! Jayalath assisted us via whatsup, everything (Check-in, extend stay and organize breakfast etc) was organized smoothly. His wife welcomed us with lovely smile and humble attitude. She also brought us fresh fruits sometimes. Their dad wiped to dry our bike after rain. They are so thoughtful, they made our stay comfortable as much as possible.
The place itself was in good location. Only 2mins walk to surf (lazy left), and in quiet street. Short drive to Ahangama or Weligama.”

Cozy and comfy beds with mosquito nets. The host is extremely sweet and will go above and beyond to accommodate you.
