Central heating/cooling meant that our room was uncomfortably warm if we didn't return to our room before 8pm to turn off the A/C.

The noise from the street below is quite loud (night and early morning construction work) so you will need ear plugs. The aircon can't be adjusted and was often quite noisy. First two nights were fine but on our last night the room was quite warm (registering 29°which is hard to sleep in) and couldn't adjust the temperature. When we called reception they said the air-conditioning doesn't work if it's below a certain temperature outside and to open a window...except it was super noisy down below. Wasn't the best sleep. Location is lively at night but potentially a little seedy for families (just some interesting bars nearby...) But I felt totally safe walking around at night, was probably more amusing than anything.

Rooms and hotel were clean, nice bathroom and good drip coffee offered. Very close to subway and buses and Seomyeon night market/street food.

Room was barely the size of a double, could hear the surrounding rooms quite clearly, toilet was blocked before we had even used it, shower door didn't close properly so it was more of a wet room than a shower cubicle. Basic breakfast

Staff was very helpful and polite, they even kept my bag safely in the backroom (with a receipt to hand over) when I went to visit for hours after checking out! The gym room was a bit disappointing but the quality of the hotel service, the room and the delicious breakfast (probably the best breakfast service I had in my entire 2 week stay in South Korea) make up for it by far

The property is clean and well maintained but what we liked the most are the courteous staffs. The receptionists on the front desk were all helpful, friendly and professional. When we asked for help for taxi, they even wrote the addresses in Korean for us to show t he taxi drivers where we wan to to go. Customer service at this hotel is excellent. Will definitely recommend

The cleaning lady asked us one day to give have garbage and towels, and she didn't make up the room, this was very odd.

We arrived just before 3 pm and we had to wait until the time of checking in, (it was odd, I'm used to receiving the room always before the check-in time), but, this was their policy, so, we waited, then they told us the room is not ready, we waited till 4 pm, and for the inconvenience, they gave us coffee coupons to the bar and took us to our room with free valet service. the room was big like two rooms connected, and we were very happy with it. clean and comfortable. behind the hotel, there are parking lots, that we paid a really low amount to have always parking our car, coming in and out with no worries of parking, this is a great service that we paid almost nothing for.

Very limited toiletries. I don’t know whether they’ve changed the toiletries they offer or whether my room just hadn’t been stocked properly but there weren’t any removable toiletries unlike the photos. Sauna was unavailable. A better way of dealing with this in light of COVID imo would be to at least allow guests to make bookings for slots in the sauna rather than not offering it at all.

Curtains were a bit dated. Sink separate from toilet/shower area took a bit of getting used to. Would have been nice to have a hand towel rack next to the sink.

Overall very good stay. Small but cozy room. The gym facilities are quite good and brand new. The room was very clean. There were extra pillows in the closet. Quality toiletries were provided. Friendly staff and ability to keep your luggage after checkout.
