Location is fairly good, quiet, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Host is very friendly and helpful person. He listened carefully our needs and tried to help. Wi-fi was excellent with high speed of the Internet

Location was perfect in an area with a great buzz and hundreds of bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to nearest subway station. Guesthouse was clean, tidy and specious with a very friendly owner. Laundry facilities available to use. Highly recommended

a good place to stay for solo and group travelers. i had to complete some work reports on my first day so i was relieved to see that there are work stations available in the guesthouse. everything’s clean here and the breakfast was always good. very close to restaurants and cafes. great to walk around the neighborhood day or night, too. i’d go back and stay here with friends!

Quite small shower and bath space. You are not really able to bring anything that you don’t want wet (like your clean clothes) into the shower room. I know space is tight in Seoul but just a thing to note.

Very nice and clean place. Close to public transportation and Hongdae Main Street. The eggs for breakfast was a nice addition to the breakfast and loved the common space. A nice place to talk to other people:)

The entrance alleyway to the guesthouse was lined with chairs and smoke butts which looked a bit unsightly and made me feel a bit unsafe. But I never saw people gathering along that alleyway while I was there, so I'm not sure why there were chairs and smoke butts. The alleyway is also not well lit so it was a bit scary walking through it at night.

The guesthouse was really close to the station and easy to find. It was near lots of clothing and cafe shops so it was hard to get back home without stopping to shop again! The rooms, toilet, kitchens were also really clean and was comfortable to stay in.

The rooms were pretty spacious for a dormitory and the common area was really nice, big enough to pack as well. They serve a good breakfast and the facilities are clean. The owner is really easy-going and polite. Laundry is 5k for a wash, but this includes the drying as well.

- the room size doesn't match the info shown in web, It said the room is 46 sqm but indeed it is not. May be it means the whole floor? I don't know. - the dorm quite hot, i' m not sure is there window inside?

- of course the location. Easy to take metro and AREX. - very clean and Sajang-nim so take care. - i like the bunk bed in female dorm. Easy to climb up-down and so private when close the curtain around.

- the room size doesn't match the info shown in web, It said two beds (bunk bed) room is 21 sqm but i think it' s not over 12 sqm included bathroom. And there is no TV in the room too. TV is at living room. - because of the cold weather outside we can't use the air condition, just open a little window. But sometimes it feel stuffy.

- the location is good. Easy to go airport by AREX and metro. - very clean. Sajang-nim take care very well. - next to Carlyn shop :D

Sound proofing - not a problem for me but the noise from the common room could annoy light sleepers Limited breakfast time - 2 hours only... which is kinda reasonable but a point worth noting Check-in time and office opening hours - do pay attention if you are arriving on red eye flights

sink to brush teeth in the restroom is kinda small, ac in the room was couldn’t be turned on so air quality during night got kinda bad until you opened windows in the morning (too cold at night to do so)
