Amiable and accommodating host, comfortable and spacious room, ability to use the washing machine, relative proximity to everything (its not a bit town either way so it is easy to cab around).

The location is a bit far from downtown but easily reachable by taxi. It's not a problem as the price allows it.

The room and the kitchen were impeccably clean. The host is really hospitable and helpful. There's a big shopping mall nearby, so plenty of options to eat. Clean area, as the area is out of main roads.

The host was so helpful and went above and beyond in helping us with our laundry and organising a horse trekking tour for us. The location was also very good.

It was the second time stsying here. Room is very spacious, and the oener is really nice. It also has a common room where you wash your clothes if needed to. Conveniently located near Asia Mall (5 minute walk) where you can do all your necessary shopping, if needed. Also not far from the city centre, so sn ideal spot to explore the city for me.

Everything just perfect, very clean and comfortable room, the rooms are in a independent building, nice public kitchen, washing machine and fridge, not far away from the Aisa Mall, a parking space inside of the garden, the host Aijan is a charming lady and super friendly, he help us a lot! Highly recommended!

This is one of the best budget hostels we have booked in our years of travelling. It's only a few minutes walk to the mall which makes everything convenient. Taxi/Yandex also gets the exact location of the place so there's no problem getting there. The room was so spacious, big and comfy bed, clean linens, and complete basic/practical kitchen things. But more than the place, we were so happy to have booked it because we met Aijan, the owner, who went far and beyond in helping us with EVERYTHING---food deliveries, tours, honest feedback about places, best food suggestions, and most importantly, language translation! She is an amazing woman and we wouldn't have enjoyed our Kyrgyzstan trip if not because of her kindness.

If you are looking to be downtown, it would take a taxi but for what we were looking for it was perfect.

It was the oasis we were looking for after a hectic couple of weeks. Spacious, clean, with a nice kitchen area. We were able to shower and do laundry after a couple of weeks in the mountains. Asia Mall was a short walk so we could get more supplies, eat at restaurants, shop for some clothes, etc. It was nice enough that we stayed an extra day. The host was really nice and spoke excellent English.

The room is large and comfortable, with modern pleasant decor, warm colors and a great bed. Rooms are on the second floor of a big house, and the ambiance is homey. There’s a nice window that opens, and radiant heating for winter. The host is lovely, communicative and knowledgeable, and provides for all your immediate travel needs in the room, like soap, shampoo, washing liquid. You can use the common kitchen and washing machine in the common area. There are three guest rooms total. Good location for walking and near all services.
