Very clean, quiet, cool and comfortable room. Very professional and friendly staff (Jiyde, Noora and Oksana particularly) A lovely welcome when I arrived. Free tea and coffee available all day. An excellent breakfast, beautifully presented, probably the best breakfast I've had in Kyrgyzstan so far. The hotel is located very near the bus station so handy if catching a bus or shared taxi anywhere. It's a good walk from the centre of town but there are minibuses which can take you for only 15 som. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Jalalabad.

Kind, welcoming and very helpful. We managed to have all our activities and visits organized (eagle hunting, Fairytale Canyon…) very easily and on short notice which was perfect since we did not have a car. The shared bathroom was kept clean, breakfast was really good and the kitchen is perfect if you want to make yourself dinner as the options in town are limited.

We have spent few nights in Zirinas house. We liked our stay very much. Zirina is very friendly, her guest house has good location, you can get there for 100 soms. She also helped us buying tickets to Tashkent.

Fantastic front office staff, very kind and helpful. The room seems recently renovated, very modern, clean and comfortable. Outstanding breakfast. The area is not too bad either. Definite recommendation!

The apartment was ok, clean and well located. The house is new. There was electric boiler in the bathroom, so there was no probem with hot water.

It is not very comfortable when there is only 1 blanket for double bed (and for double sofa as well). We had to ask the host to bring us additional blankets. I suppose it is very basic to have a separate blanket for each guest that you plan to host in the apartment, as many people prefer to have a single, not double blankets. Also a second towel per guest would be a good idea.
