Convenient location walking distance to city highlights, quiet, clean, small but comfy room, friendly receptionist, and nice breakfast! No elevator but all good. Water (hot/cold) and coffee and tea are available 24/7 in dining area (2nd floor). Towels, toiletries, and slippers are provided.

The hotel is located not too far from the Ala Too square and the neighborhood is quiet. The breakfast is delicious and the portion the biggest I've had in any hotel so far. The desk personnel is very polite and helpful. The room is nice, tidy and clean. One thing to note about the shower, it takes a bit too warm up the water. So don't think it will not go warm. This is a great Hotel for a great price.

The standard rooms are a little too small, 20 centimeters wider would be enough. But for a reasonable extra price you can take the luxury or junior suite

We arrived with another group to Golden Hotel (13 people). As with group before, hotel staff was helpful and understanding of such group. We had nice, clean rooms, everything was good and breakfast was great. Even early before airport transfer. I really appreciate this. Not some packages, but proper breakfast.

Came back to hotel after 15 days in kyrgyzstan! And again, hotel was very comfortable, clean, rooms are good and beds are comfy. And the most important - staff at reception is always helpful. Had also no problem to arrange airport transfer. There is water, tea and coffee in central place on the 1st floor. Always appreciate this after long travels.

Right outside my door was the shared kitchen. Too loud and no elevator and no safe.

Staff is wonderful , will get you anything you need and clean. Right next to a convenience store and also a couple restaurants. I had to leave unexpectedly and they refunded the extra night. Great customer service

Staffs were welcoming upon arrival. Easy to communicate via whatsapp/booking.com There was complimentary tea/coffee/water in the evening. Breakfast was nice and filling. Room was clean and had enough space for 3 of us Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. It was easy to find the hotel.

The lady at the reception was very welcoming and i totally enjoyed my stay - although it was an overnight only it provided me with the comfort much needed. The place is close to the amenities too so a bonus :)

It seems that our room was not 20 sq. m. as it was advertised. The mattress could have been softer. There are some other things to improve. For example, they provide bathrobes, but don't put slippers. Those imperfections are really minor.

Good experience overall. The hotel is close to main locations in the city. They serve very good breakfast. However, it's not a buffet, but you receive porridge, eggs, youghurt, jam, an apricot, some cheese, and slices of sousage. The breakfast zone is available 24/7, and there is water, tea, and coffee. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. Very reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. It is well located, a short walk from the centre and some good restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. There is bottled water on tap at any time, as well as tea and coffee. We were very happy with it.

No air condition in a dining room, there was a disturbing noise from somewhere else in one of the room in the middle of the night, something like moving a furniture (the truth is, that the staff was helpful and reserved us another room for the next stay).

Very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast, hot drinks available 24h, left luggage room possibility, close to the center.
