Breakfast Buffett was excellent, lots of choices from cereals to omelettes to great choices of bread/rolls. Cafe Tosca is where breakfast is served and is a pleasant place especially with the real palm trees. I like this hotel as some of the rooms have a balcony and it’s nice to be able to have some fresh air. Very nice toiletries, usual shampoo and conditioner but also body shampoo and items you may have forgotten to pack.

I had booked a non smoking room but either the room had allowed smoking in the past or other rooms on the same floor alowed smoking and there was a residual smoking odour in the room. Unless you are a big eater the buffet breakfast not really worth the high charge.

The view from my balcony was superb. The size of the bathtub was great could fully stretch out as a tall person this is often a challenge in Japan.

There wasn’t anything I did not like about this place. by far my favorite hotel I have stayed in.

I liked everything.

The view was great. The room was excellent. But the best thing was the amazing, person, exceptional, friendly service of Chihiro Kai. She was fantastic! She listened to everything I said and went beyond what was expected. I work in hotels so I always see the way hotel staff treat guest. She was great. Just great. She really made the experience wonderful

There was a long line for check in so I probably shouldn't have been surprised there was a wait, albeit short, for breakfast in the morning. Also, despite last orders being at 10:30, cleaning up began just after 10:00...

Really lovely, spacious room with a great view. The beds were really comfortable with a couple of options of pillows stored in the wardrobe. Everything was really clean and modern. I especially liked that in the evening hours, the pool is adults only.

I love love the room. I did not expect it to be big and have the best view,it was a great stay. and would literally go back again and try some more of their services,my friends and I are amazed of how clean and friendly the staff are. I rate it more than just 10:))))

I booked 3 nights and 4 days, but I needed to cancel the first day of my stay. I knew that they were not going to refund, so I asked them to give me a credit, but sounds like they didn't understand "credit" mean. Their answer was they are not going to refund the money. I with they are more flexible for it.

It was really nice to see Yokohama bay area. You can see a huge Ferris wheel and ocean every day from the room we stay.

Sometimes the door to the room would shake a little and make a noise.

The view from my room and the bath was absolutely spectacular. I really couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony just taking in the view, especially in the evening when the cosmo clock was lit up and changed colours. The breakfast was nice as well. I liked that they had freshly squeezed orange juice and many varieties of pastries, also with chefs there to make you an omelette with fillings of your choice. The location was fabulous due to the hotel being connected to shopping centres and the metro line. You don’t have to walk very far to reach many different shops and restaurants. To top it all off, they even gave me a small music box shaped like a gift bag to celebrate my birthday. I was really touched by this little detail. I’d love to go back.

The design of the shower stall was not good. The water spilled out easily so we were not able to enjoy the shower.

Is pretty disappointing pay more than ¥80000 and bathtub have broken and visibly repaired parts or rust around light fixture or toilet outdated for Japan standards. Equipment looks old for the price you pay.

Clean, spacious, great views. Convenience stores close by, great shopping in complex, fantastic food choices.
