I opted for a rate with breakfast. It was ok but not an extensive variety of food, and had I known that, I probably would not have chosen this rate. Super Hotels used to have rates that were always inclusive of breakfast, but now, I guess they've decided to make it optional.

The location couldn't be better - only a few min walk from Tokyo Station Yaesu Entrance and all underground. The only drawback about it is that there's no elevator/escalator from Exit 26 (the closest to the hotel) of the underground, so not great if you have some luggage to tote up the stairs.

The room size.

The location is excellent. One block back from Tokyo Station but quiet. The Hotel is genuinely three star. Very small room. However, the free access to the amazing onsen makes up for the small room. Comfortable bed with a strange pillow. Felt like it was filled with little balls. Fortunately, they have a 'pillow room' next to reception where you can choose from many types of pillows. Additional to the great onsen, they also offer free sake and nuts every afternoon/evening.

We both love the breakfast: well-balanced nutrition and taste just right ( not too salty or sweet) . The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the Tokyo Station. I was especially impressed by the hot bath: clean and comfortable.

I knew that the room was going to be small but for 2 nights it was ok. It still had everything needed.

The hotel was in a great location, short walk to the Tokyo station. Helpful and friendly staff and all facilities very clean. The evening drinks and nibbles in the guest area were lovely and in a great area to sit and relax after the day of touring.

The room was a bit small for two people but there was enough room for our luggage. For the price I expected a little more space but this is Tokyo...

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Tokyo station. The room was clean and they provided a pillow menu to choose the pillow according to our preferences. The hotel was quiet and the onsen in the premises provided a relaxing experience.

The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel in this price range. They were too low, too hard (a matress topper on a coiled base that was less than 30cm off the ground. There was one huge, heavy, hard pillow on the bed and even though there was a pillow bank it had insufficient pillows for all the customers

Excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable staff and there was always one who spoke excellent English. The good location and cleanliness almost made up for the horrible bed.

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I don't know what they use inside of them but it was not a pleasant experience. The staff is very strict on check in time. I knew that in Japan you have to check in and access your room exactly at specified time (which is generally late compared to the rest of the world) but in this hotel i tried to go to my room at 2:50 PM, but the staff told me to wait until 3 PM. I don't get it if the room was ready. A bit overpriced

The location was good, if you want to be near Tokyo station. I booked it to be able to take the Airport train early morning. It is 5 minutes from hotel to Tokyo station. There are many facilities in the room. They store your luggage for free if you arrive early and they transfer it into your room. The view from the window was very good. They offer free alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks for specified time window.
