I think hardly anyone used the balcony, so the balcony doors/screen were really dusty. That's about the only dirty area I could find the entire apartment!

Facilities were great, especially the heated pool during the cooler periods. Kids loved it! Staff were friendly and helpful, though not much interaction was required. Room was spacious and comfortable, though the washer was a tad loud.

basically you have to self check-in at the kiosk. the young lady that guided us was a little impatient from her tone. it's natural that foreigners will fumble a little with the kiosk as we are not familiar with the system so maybe just a little patience would be nice as not to spoil our first impression experience. otherwise we enjoyed our stay there. thanks for hosting us.

My family and friends with a group of 6 truly enjoyed our stay there. the pizza was also superb.

Love everything about this accommodation! Rooms are spacious, luxurious and comfortable. There is even a washer/dryer and microwave in each room. There is a heated swimming pool and sauna too. Very worthwhile for the price I paid.

Significant challenge with getting help from staff around getting extra bedding, questions around transportation from/to the airport, partly due to language barrier. We found this rather shocking and disappointing.

Property seems quite new. Lobby areas were nice, family-friendly, and inviting. Room was spacious with a nice view. Sofa beds were comfortable enough.

The surrounding area is a bit less mentioned which results in a bit of a eye sore. Plus the destination is strictly for relaxing or one night stays.

The hotel is brand new so everything is in perfect condition. The location is good as it is close to the sea. On top of that the food varsity is nice and the stuff is extremely helpful.

The room is clean and big. Staff are polite. It’s very convenient to have laundry in the room. Love the rooftop swimming pool where you can chill and enjoy the sun.

however, the pillows are kind of soft for our liking. we almost couldn't get a parking lot when returned to hotel late. Self check-in though there are staffs at the counter.

good location with a number of food outlets within short driving distance. Room is big and well furnished with small kitchen appliances and washing machine.

honestly nothing. was exactly what we were looking for after our Osaka stay. Don’t pay for the “big” hotel beach, not worth it. we left after 15 minutes and went to the public one. much better vibe.

the size of the room was fantastic for families, the facilities in the room accounted for everything. loved the location, easy access to a few restaurants and Lawson stores. The vibe of the rotating food trucks, unlimited drinks, and chill nature of the hotel was exactly what we were looking for over a big chain hotel.

The cooking utensils could be a bit more extensive.

Good service, all the facilities are proviced that we needed. Swimmingpool was well maintained. Really liked the optional breakfast services and the foodtrucks. Cleaning of the rooms took a while but the room was really clean afterwards. Overall we had a lovely time stay!

The lack of guidance or notice that the hotel operates on a on self serve basis. However once there, It was not a hindrance. It would just have been good to know in advance.

I hope the front desk can introduce more facilities e,g if we know there is hamburger dining car in the weekend, then that we don't need to bring food from downtown.

The cleaner is very helpful to clean my room since my son accidentally broke a glass toy.

Beautiful modern property. Spacious room with nifty appliances. I don't remember ever having a Dyson hairdryer in any rooms I've stayed. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi.

Public transport is infrequent and limited - ideally go to this place with a car!

Large rooms, comfortable and huge bed, great view of the pool, quiet area but still has a konbini (Lawson) nearby as well as food options. Great option for a staycation. Many public beaches nearby that are peaceful but still pristine and beautiful. Staff are super friendly and will try to help as much as possble English speaking tourists like us.

No chance to use the outdoor swimming pool due to bad weather. A pity.

Spacious room with in-room washing machine as a plus. Suitable for long stay summer vaca. Will definitely choose this place again next time!!

Not much shops near by. Breakfast was limited.

The big room! The check in and check out process was super fast. Within few minutes we are done using a touch pad. The chill out area at the lobby was comfortable.
