Convenient location. Close to Fujisawa train station where you can easily access to Tokyo by Odakyu line, Yokohama by Tokaido line east and Kamakura by Enoshima line and Odawara/Izu/Hakone by Tokaido line west.

I felt that the cost was high for what you get. Maybe that is because it is high season now compared to the last time I stayed but I felt the cost was higher than before.

I have stayed here before so knew what to expect. There is nothing wrong with the hotel but as I have said in a previous review, I like a little more from a hotel. However, due to high school athletic events, this was the only place available for the night of my stay.

The breakfast was too simple and less. Three kinds of one bite size bun only. There are so many kinds of buns in convenient store. If hotel can provide more variety of buns, that will be better.

I stayed here due to my normal hotel being booked for the holidays. Very basic room and hotel. When I travel, I like a little more. Nothing wrong at all with this hotel, but I have stayed at nicer places and for the price I would have liked something a bit fancier.

Very convenient business hotel near the station. The breakfast was sparse but a welcome surprise as I thought there wasn't one. I was pleased that they are very eco-friendly and don't waste towels or linens. Nice job!

Everyone need to use elevator, which is only one in the hotel, to get to guest floor. It can easily be crowded especially in the morning.

It locates close to Fujisawa station, some convenience stores, supermarkets and fast food shops, which made my stay very easy.

The only problem may be central air so you don’t have control of the room temperature. But the Hotel does a great job of keeping it at a comfortable temperature.

The rooms are great. The staff is great. This is a good cheap hotel to stay at if you’re in this area.

Check out at 10; having to leave key at reception; the water in the bathroom did not get hot enough - not good for a comfortable bath; it would be good to make tea - and coffee - sachets freely available, particularly as there's a kettle in the room (and putting the sole green tea sachet among the clean towels is not a good idea as, for environmental reasons, some people don't need to have a change of towels for short stays)...

Location is good - a short walk from the train station; I liked the availability of skin cream/moisturisers as part of the amenities; I made use of the microwave and ice machine; it's a relief to find windows that actually open in a Japanese hotel (even though this window opened in a...non-conventional way)...

All good for the price! Surprisingly there was a free breakfast included. Only problem is that the breakfast consists only of individually packed small pastries. Not exactly what I would expect from a breakfast in a hotel but it was for free so no complaints.

The private rest room is a little small, but enough for me.

Very close to the train station, so if you want to visit Kamakura or Enoshima, this is a good place to stay. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Free coffee all day long. Room is in good size. Very helpful front desk stuffs.

location 5 minute walk from fujisawa station, elevators or escalators where needed. summit food store near by with little dining area. big camera for all electronic needs. selection of trains to tokyo, yokohama, enoshima, odawara etc. while this is very much an urban area, none of the hustle and bustle of central yokohama or tokyo.

i accidentally booked 2 rooms. and they dont want us to stay if we dont pay 2 rooms.so just to end the trouble i just said ill pay it on my next salary.because we are akready so tired.its already past 10 pm japan tine🥲🥲🥲 we often go to this hotel but we will never anymore.it was an honest mistake🥲🥲🥲 we did complain when we stayed there that the airconditioning is not working last montg. just a little consideration is whT we want.but we were denied

The window was a nightmare to open and close. There was no air conditioner remote, just a knob to turn on the wall, which was clearly set to only omit heat. It was absolutely roasting in the room, with the window open.
