Convenient for Tokyo Big Sight, Toyosu Market, and a few other sights, but wouldn't recommend location-wise for a longer stay to visit all of Tokyo.

Conveniently located in walking distance to Toyosu Market (and the tuna auction - my reason for staying there). There is also a large shopping center with a nice food court and restaurants around the corner. Automated check-in worked well. Some free tea etc. in the lobby in the evening. The room was well appointed. Excellent value for money.

Eggs were not good at all, was surprised to see "hash browns" were only tater tots (which is not eaten at breakfast in the West). I would have preferred fresh fruit over canned and maybe something like bananas/apples being offered. Also wish breakfast opened earlier. Typically in the West hotel breakfast opens at 6-6:30a.

I chose to only have the "western" options. Bread/pastry options were good and the coffee was very good.

Limited public transport connections with Tokyo proper makes it a hassle to get to and from if you plan on doing anything else.

Nice rooms, great location if you are attending an event in any of the many venues in the area.

Our stay was for 5 nights and during that duration the deep cleaning service wasn't effective. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Some variation in breakfast would be welcome. Had the same items on offer for 5 days straight.

We had to attend an exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight and the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the venue. Furthermore, the exhibition site is quite near the hotel, and we could easily walk to it. Provision of complimentary welcome drinks in the lobby area is a nice gesture.

The room is a bit small for two people and doesn't have a wardrobe

Where do I even start? Extremely clean place, has vending machines and microwaves on several floors for those who want to buy their own food (lawson and 7-11 and familymart are nearby) and breakfast and welcome drinks for those who don't. Room has pajamas and slippers and you can grab any extra toiletries (or coffee or tea) you need from reception any time. Wifi is good and there are american, european and usb sockets in the room aplenty, plus multijack cord. Staff is helpful and so so nice. Huge mall across the street with eateries and shops and puppies (I'm serious). TeamLab Planets and Science museum are couple of stops away, a 20-minutes ride to Shimbashi will then get you to any other sight in Tokyo

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel, but I do not think I would stay there for longer than 2 nights had it been for the fact that we were boarding our cruise ship at the nearby cruise terminal. Nothing that I could see anywhere, was written in English in the hotel or Tokyo. Other cities in Japan did have English words on buildings and signs. Tokyo is a concrete jungle and crowded with many tiered roads to cope with the excessive traffic.

Breakfast was fine, had a small choice of Western food, enough for my husband and I. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was quite small but OK for 2 nights. Small bathroom but had nice toiletries and heated toilet seat. This was lovely because it was freezing cold outside! Chose this hotel because it was only about 8 minutes taxi drive to the international cruise terminal. Hotel was within walking distance to a shopping mall which had quite a few eateries including an American style restaurant, an alternative to all the Japanese ones. Japanese people are very polite, helpful and friendly. Hotel seems very popular and busy.

Typical Tokyo (small) rooms, affordable and well connected to public transportation

The breakfast had some variety and the staff was friendly. I could not really understand the coupon approach (bringing one printed coupon per person for breakfast) instead of the usual list of rooms that include breakfast, only an issue when you realize on the ground floor that you forgot them in your room and have to go back. Another thing that we missed, although it was visible, was that the last order was at 9:30 even if the breakfast area was open until 10:00. The staff that received us in one of the days was about to refuse us entry even though it was exactly 9:30 on the second.

The hotel is very modern, including self checkin machines, and the rooms were also well equipped. Each floor had ironing equipment (including boards) for guest to use. For us this was great since we had spent the previous week in South Korea and we were able to use the washing machines on the 6th and 12th floors (some of them were broken/not working). The wifi also worked nicely, however you need a separate network for the lobby/breakfast. Very close to the hotel there is the Ariake Garden Mall with a ton of great food options and a large supermarket. The closest public transportation was the bus stop in front of the mall, but the train station was also within walking distance. Either of these connects you easily to the rest of Tokyo.

The room was very tiny. Considering we were two people who were traveling to Japan for several weeks, we had 2 travel suitcases with us and there was barely any room to place them inside the room. The bed made up about 80% or 85% of the room space and there was hardly any space around the bed to keep anything else. It was unfortunate that the hotel didn't provide at least one free bottle of water for each day of our stay at the hotel. This is something most 4-star and 5-star hotels do all around the world.

Since we were going on our honeymoon, we had requested for a room in one of the upper floors with a nice view, and they did offer us just that. It was very nice to see that they accommodated our request. The breakfast was decent -- not bad not very good. Apart from an egg dish, stir fried vegetables, hash browns, cold cuts of meat, a cooked meat dish, bread, jams/spreads and fruit juices, they had one or two Japanese dishes like curry and some kind of porridge. The area around the hotel was quiet, safe and had an upscale vibe to it. There was also a shopping mall called "Ariake Garden" at walking distance from the hotel, with a grocery store and several restaurants and shops inside it. The staff were quite friendly and tried to help us out the best way they could. The hotel also provided some sachets of tea/coffee, creams, lotions and other toiletries for free at the reception, which was a nice touch.
