Really close to Universal, clean, good room size.

Did not have a regular restaurant It was buffet restaurant I had my mom and daughter who eat only a little bit portion every meal So we had to go out to the convenience store which was fine though very close to the hotel and USJ

Everything!! So roomy!! My daughter is on wheelchair,she was able to go everywhere with her chair in the room!! Best ocean and city view!! Emi nishiyama massage therapist she was amazing experienced therapist Must get one massage from her!

Staff English ability need to improve

Very comfy and clean! The service is good and quick too. The hotel is decorated with Minions which my son liked it so much! Just that there’s a distance walk to USJ and food street

I think the dryer is spoiled, not too sure but cloths inside could not be dry within the timer as I only put 3 item inside Maybe I screw up, not sure but just take note

Near the train station, staff super friendly and helpful, level 1 near lobby has a place to eat and drink but closes at 10pm just take note. Had a sea view from the room, the room is big and spacious. Comfortable and most important clean.

There is 2 kids movie channels on the TV, Each channel plays one movie on repeat 24/7 at a very low resolution. Amenities were ok and promoted sustainability, BUT were of poor quality, and didn't provide shaving cream.

The Lobby was an experience of it's own, filled with Minion statues and water features. The room was spacious, the water side view wasn't bad by day but was way better night.

Can really think of any major negatives. We only stayed for one night.

It was a two blocks from Universal Studios and US Walk where other lux hotels, restos, bars and Lawsons are located. Has a service desk to buy USJ tickets. Had a nice convenience store and cafe for a quick meal and snacks. Pretty modern.

The location was perfect - short walk to USJ, City walk shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores; excellent service by staff, Yamato luggage transfer available, restaurants on site, very clean, massage in hotel, and the whole place smells amazing!

Location was great, staff wonderful, good facilities in the hotel and nearby. Quadruple room was really comfortable and good for a family base for a couple of nights while at USJ. The aquarium and minions in check in were really great. The kids loved this hotel.

the breakfast was pretty bad, every dishes were just bad, asian or western, fruits selections were bad too. we were disappointed. the shower place is kind of small but it's ok for two nights.

The room has a great view of the port, the room is kind of stuffy, but it was ok for our need for two night stay just to enjoy universal, so the bed was great for a nice rest and the shower and shampoo was great too for us and my teenagers. lots of kids stay in this hotel, so the hotel got lots of theme rooms and characters at the lobby for kids.

Food and breakfast was pretty bad. The rooms are ok but a little stuffy. The shower pretty small, no other facilities in the hotel, a pool would be nice for the kids in the hot summer as a good options besides the universal

If you want to be close to Universal Studios Japan, this hotel is right across the road. Easy access to train and Universal City. Friendly staff and big comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed our stay here.
