Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Room 4 of 5 The size of the room is decent compares to APA hotel I stayed before. It has everything I need, also it is clean. The shower and bathroom is ok too. Breakfast 4 of 5 Very nice breakfast with different varieties of foods. Nutrition balanced and everything is good quality. Staff 4 of 5 Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location 4 of 5 There are metro stations (10 min walk) and bus stop (East 22) 3 min. Also there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I like the area bcz its local residential area. It is safe and quiet. 10-15 min by bus you can reach to JR Tokyo station. Price 3.5 of 5 The value of staying in the hotel is also good.

CanadaIt got *very* busy during breakfast, so much so that sometimes it was hard to find a seat. The rooms were very small, as well as the washroom. It wasn't "claustrophobic" but it definitely felt cramped at times.
Simple, small (but comfortable enough) room. Good amenities, good selection for breakfast, located near transit options, staff were very helpful and very simple check-in and check-out system. Very close to convenience stores. Cost for the rooms was very good

ThailandBreakfast at this hotel is average, I think food can be improved. The location is not too bad. It is about a 7 min walk to the closest station. Although it is not too far away, as we do a lot of walking to places everyday, it can be very tiring walking back to the hotel at the end of each day.
The hotel staff are very nice. Although they have little English, they understood us when we spoke slow and simply. We didn’t organise an airport transfer to the airport, and one of the staff organised 2 taxis to take 4 of us and our big luggage there. I also like that they give us new towels everyday. Very clean hotel, would definitely recommend to others

The location was really good, quiet but accessible everywhere. Staff were fantastic and rooms were very clean. Laundry facilities on site were great. AC was great.
