The room could benefit from more solutions for clothing storage/hanging. We knew the room would be small, and we therefore would recommend this room for short stays to couples or solo travellers.

We stayed in this room for one night, arriving late in Tokyo and leaving early to Nikko the next morning. This hotel was one of the best deal for our purpose, aka checking in late when arriving to Tokyo and checking out in the early morning to catch the first train from Asakusa station to Nikko. Staff was really kind and welcoming, the room was simple and regular size for Tokyo standards (i.e. small) but had everything we needed (private shower, clean room, comfy bed). Overall, it was good value for money.

The room is small, but enough to be very comfortable for couples. Also, if you have more luggage, I don't know if it will fit the room. We only have 2 large luggage. There is also a laundry washer and dryer, but during winter, we need to spin our clothes 3x for it to be fully dried.

I love what the hotel looks like. Nice and clean, somewhat old tradition inn in Japan. I like that it is near Asakusa, Sensoji Temple, and Sumida River. It's too bad we discovered that one day before our departure that those places can be walking distance from our hotel. Oh! You can also see the sky tree from the front door of the hotel.

Ryokan in name only. There are only shared 2 showers, and service only at front desk. It is not bad itself, but It is much more hotel-type experience then ryokan.

Clean rooms and shared spaces, renovated interior, some signs of ryokan being fresh and pristine.

Relatively cheap. Not the most interesting part of Tokyo but a quick bus ride to Asakusa. Fun murals on walls. Helpful staff. Was able to store luggage after checkout.

A minor complaint: The bed took up most of the space in the room, which is fine, but I would have at least liked enough space to open my suitcase fully.

Probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in in a while in a hotel. Everything was very clean, and the location of the hotel is in general very convenient with a lot of supermarkets around, relatively close to public transport but still in a more quiet area.

A bit too rustic.

The picture above is not of the Tokyo SA ryokan. It is more modest. The hallway walls seem paper thin but it has surprising sound proof. Can't open window in room. But excellent ventilation, showers and WC.

Location wasn't amazing, but it's not too bad, there are conbinis around and it's about 10 min to the station, if you're really tired you can get closer by bus. The most annoying was that we were a group of 4 and they only gave us 1 key for the room, and it was also necessary to keep the lights on, so it was hard to go out of the room and stuff. Other than that It was really good.

It was really clean and comfortable, the common area was super nice and the staff was helpful. They had a lot of amenities and a mini fridge in the room. Overall it was pretty good.

The room was tiny. I had a room with a shower, and there was barely enough space to put my luggage. Same goes for the bathroom, especially the shower, in which I would constantly entangle myself in the shower curtain.

After a 13-hour-long flight to Japan, I was so happy when the check-in process at the hotel took less then 5 minutes, was near instant. Both the lounge area and the smoking area are clean, functional, and beautifully decorated (same applies to all public spaces). The facilities in my room were all working and the WiFi was stable and allowed for uninterrupted access from all the different parts of the premises. The bed in my room was super comfy and had integrated plugs allowing for easy charging. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk away from Minami-Senju Station.

Good location, a lot of convenient stores/marts around. The staff was very helpful. The room was OK, just a bit small, but that's usual in Japan, so no complaints on this.

Not the most spacious accommodation but very understandable because of the neighborhood, close to downtown Tokyo.

The staffs are super helpful and very understanding. There are several convenience stores around. Toilet tissues are very mindfully prepared with the stock, in case we run out.
