Cleaning doesn't do a very good job. There is a lot of dust in the room, especially in more inconspicuous places (for example, vents and cracks near door hinges). Minor stains and signs of wear.

The hotel concept is great. The best onsen. Large selection of wonderful hair and skin care products. There is a washing machine and dryer (100 yen). You can watch occupancy in advance on the TV in your room. The breakfasts are excellent. Ramen in the evenings and ice cream during the day are a great bonus included in all room rates. We thought the location was the best in Osaka. Nice area and not very noisy. Transport accessibility is excellent. Almost from the hotel you can immediately go to Kyoto.

It would be great if the second massage chair were working: the one that worked was such a treat.

One of the most enjoyable hotels to stay. Beautiful Japanese style decoration that feels exotic, but also has all the amenities to make one feel like staying at home. Located in the CBD and away from the nearest subway/train exit. Safe and lively neighborhood. No shoes after the hallway. Room has the just right size for a couple. Lights can be blackout completely for a restful night. Top floor onsen is amazing and relaxing. Breakfast buffet offers great variety for foreigners. Free stuff throughout the day makes the day for us each time.

Most of the staff are polite and keep smiling with pleasure looks. However, one of them is lack of patience and showed blue face when we are asking for front desk service. I think she has room for improvement. It is disappointing to know that the two massage chairs were out of service during my visit.

The breakfast is delicious that I paid for extra day. Onsen facilities are good amongst the city hotels. The policy of keep the shoes in lockers make everywhere clean and free from dust.

Very spacious room with lovely tatami flooring. Free Yakult every morning was lovely and ice cream every night as well as free late night soba if we were feeling hungry. Would defo recommend this spot and would come back :)

Only two elevators for 13 floors, staff English is not the best. Other branches have free coffee and tea in the lobby. This one only has it in the restaurant which is closed part of the day. Beds were a bit hard and small. Rooms a bit small but normal for Japan.

Good sauna, location was ok but in between two subway stations so a little bit of a walk. Friendly staff and noodles free at night.

Rooms for couples were particularly small, it was hard to manoeuvre if you paid for a smaller room. We had to implement a system to move around with all our things, and a system to open our luggages as well for packing (we have more than 2.) Other than that all is good.

Everything was amazing; the room has a lot of amenities, and also hair ties and combs for onsen. Instruction sheets were given to let you know how to use an onsen as well. Onsens was always clean with full amenities provided! Would definitely come back again. Hotel also has a dining area with free ramen after 930, and free sweets near the onsen. Onyado has approachable staff that’ll always help you out if you need anything.

Located in an office area, near two main subway lines and next to the river. Traditionally based hotel, with nicely maintained common bath areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were decently sized for Japanese standards.

Really well presented, clean and overall fantastic stay. You will not regret booking this place. It provides a western traveller a brilliant look into a traditional business hotel with an onsen to boot. This is the ultimate place to dip your toes into what Japanese culture is all about. The facilities are great: onsen with sauna and cold pool, manga rental, free ice cream and ramen and massage chairs were phenomenal! Breakfast was also exceptional and great service all day long.
