Size and comfort of the room. Very clean. Comfortable beds .Very helpful and cheerful staff. Away from the crowds , yet close enough to the heart of Dotonbori. The breakfast was unexpectedly delicious with a surprise each morning in our packed box.

The rooms were comfortable and modern. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. It’s in a quieter area which after a day of the hustle and bustle of Osaka was very welcome! Metro station not that far away so accessible to get to wherever we needed to go.

Clean and perfect for our family of 4 with two children (5 and 12 years old). Laundry was a plus and hygienic with Ag+ ion that cleans the washing machine before we use it. Breakfast was lovely and delicious for the adults.

The combined clothes washer and dryer take a long time to complete a load of washing so just need to factor that in addition to waiting for one to become available.

A good location, walking distance to Dotonbori, but far enough out in a quieter area. The bathrooms were very generous in size, as was the room. Really nice.

It was a central location and hotel was clean and new. Space was tight, but considering it is Osaka, I think this is the norm. Amenities and toiletries was amazing and thoughtful.

I've stayed here twice now and its fantastic! Great value, feels very high-end for the cost. Staff is always available and helpful. In a great location for shopping and walking to some of the main sights in Osaka. Train stops nearby.

Great location. Good sized family room with comfortable beds and a nice sofa seating area Infront of TV. Staff very friendly and helpful, Colld drinks selection available in reception along with tea and coffee was lovely.
