We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe washer kept stopping and coding out, C07 and the dryers took time to get clothes dry. Loves that they had locks on them. We ended up using the coin laudramat down the street - go to right out of hotel, 1.5 blocks and across the street.
Loved the hotel, clean and staff very accommodating.

TaiwanFirst of the first, location is great. 3 minutes walk from Kushida Shrine station. Second is the public facilities including microwave, coffee machine, laundry machine and etc. Last one this is a baby friendly hotel, we stayed with a 7-month baby, the sound isolation is good and the hotel provides baby crib which is very sweet to us.

Location was great and rooms were spacious and well appointed and furnished. The public bath was great and staff were friendly. There is a famous omu Hamburg restaurant on the second floor and lots of restaurants around the hotel.

If you want to find a hotel that is strategically located, this will be the right hotel for you. Located between Hakata Station and the yatai area, you will be able to catch the first flight out without the need to wake up early and rush for the first bus/train to the airport. I attended the Kaiyou firework festival which ended at 2020hrs, when I reached hotel, it was already at 2330hrs. Able to make a trip down to yatai area to get a quick meal.

SingaporeThere isn't enough coin laundry machines and people are constantly queueing for it. Its also about 10 mins away from JR Hakata station. But there are many nice eateries and shopping around the area.
Lovely hotel with a nice vibe. The rooms look new and it has a nice onsen for you to enjoy at the end of the day. There is a starbucks at level 1 which is great for coffee lovers. It is also just a short away away from Canal City.

Hong KongThe hotel is great in every aspect. Transport - it is close to Hakata Station, only 7 minutes by walk. You can find west no.18 exit from Hakata station, which is the closest exit to the hotel, elevator is available. The hotel is right next to Kushida Shrine Station, it is just one station to Tenjin so it is very convenient. Also, there are plenty of bus routes nearby, it is easy to go to attractions such as Lalaport, Fukuoka Tower and etc. Canal City is just right opposite to the hotel. Convenience stores - There is a big Lawson store nearby. (2 mins walk - crossing a street) and 7-11 at the opposite. But I prefer Lawson! Facilities - I LOVE the public bath. It is crowded at night but it washed away my tiredness so well! I totally enjoyed it. Staff - They speaks very good English. They are nice, friendly and efficient. Cleanliness and hotel supplies - The room is clean, it is not very spacious but just fit for two people. The hotel provides most of the supplies that we need. It is nice! Overall the hotel is very good, though sometimes pricey, it worths it! I will definitely visit again.
