+Room is clean +location is awesome. 7 eleven is just in front of the hotel. Train station is walking distance. +Front desk staff are really friendly +The cleaning staff are really friendly. Even though one cleaning lady doesn't speak English, she tried her very best to communicate with me with a smile on her face! Honestly I have to appreciate their hard work! :) +Flexible check out policy. No need to inform the front desk. You can just keep the room door open & leave anytime you want!

The carpet in the room was like an old office carpet. Did not feel pleasant on the foot and I wasn’t sure when would have been last vacuumed. The carpet irked me so it would be great if they sorted this out and put in new carpet. Onsen was ok. Very small. Noticed when there guests didn’t follow onsen etiquette and wash first. And dipping hair in water etc …it was fine for a quick bath.

Staff were helpful and welcoming and property very clean. Room - completely quiet/good sound proofing; lovely products esp as stayed on ladies floor, was giving additional beauty products which were great. Lovely shower with good shampoo products and soaps. Re bed, I ended up asking for another mattress to be added as was too thin and was awful for the first night but added mattress made bed comfortable and soft. Room very small as expected, but I don’t think you can fully be prepared for how small until you see it! Still it was functional. Location was great. Well connected with lots of food options around. Felt very safe and vibrant. Hotel arranged for my suitcase to be forwarded to next destination which was no trouble at all.

A nice quiet hotel in a busy area with lots of night-life. Close to many subway lines. The shrine nearby was beautiful.

The pillows in the room are not super comfortable but the hotel solves that by having a pillow 'buffet' right before you head up to your room, just give some of them a squish and take your favourite one upstairs. As there is only 1 elevator, during check-out times (9-10 am) it can take quite a while to take the lift down, you can always walk down the stairs but if you are afraid of heights and are on a higher level, this might not be your preferred way. I just left 3min earlier than I needed if I had an appointment and it always was perfectly fine :)

Second time staying at this hotel, if you want to read my first review it'll be floating about somewhere here (it's quite a novel ha and the service is still nearly identical). I knew exactly what I was getting and it exceeded my expectations this time around again. The location is perfect, as it's right in the middle between 2 stations and it takes you 20-40min to get around anywhere you want in Tokyo. You also have a free coffee/drink dispenser in the breakfast area that you can use after breakfast time and if you fancy leaving your room for a scenery change, you can also do some work or journaling there (there are sockets!). This time around I also had to do my laundry, which was 100 yen for the washing machine and the dryer was free! Very easy to use with clear instructions and even free laundry detergent and softener on the side for you to have fresh-smelling clothes. This definitely won't be my last time :)

Very clean and close to conference center. Breakfast was very good too. Staff were friendly and moved me from a smoking room into a regular room, as the smoking room was booked by mistake.

As there is only one lift, it would be even better if there is another one! (It sometimes gets quit busy in the morning and you may have to wait a bit to go back to your room.)

The location was excellent as there are two Metro stations nearby and so easy to get anywhere in central Tokyo. The room was comfortable, although relatively small but good enough for one person. All the equipments were conveniently placed and there are many sockets, which makes a lot of things easier. The big bath and the laundry facilities were bonus.

The room was amazing. Small but very functional. There’s free flowing coffee,sodas and alcoholic beverages for guests until 8pm if I remember it right. Hotel has the perfect location too. There’s a 7/11 right beside the hotel. Also, Just few walks away from 2 train stations, bars / restaurants,family marts, mini don quijote,pharmacies,BIC,etc.

Wonderful! The location is especially fantastic. The subway is 5 minutes away, lots of nice bars and restaurants around. Comfy rooms, great staff. Smoking on the terrace is available. I highly recommend!

The pillows. I tried all of them and never got a wink of sleep. Absolutely terrible. Whatever possessed them to buy all those different pillows when a normal one would do the job better. Take my advice, take your own pillow!

Onsen, sleep well after bathing. Convenient area with 7-11 downstairs, lots of restaurants and a bic camera nearby. 3-5mins walk to 2 metro.

Will not let you get hot water in breakfast area after hours. Free drinks could run later as missed it when came home later after 830 pm.

Good location. Could get on Gino’s line and travel easily to locations I wanted. Neighborhood is walkable and still lively at night when coming home. Seven eleven and family mart in area plus restaurants. I liked area to stay in as Shibuya and Shinkuji too busy, confusing to navigate, and more expensive. This area is more quieter but still seems at night time when you come home. Hotel gave out a gift pack of small products for women. Free drinks in evening.

Room a bit too small. But nothing to complain as this is in the city of Tokyo.

Location is perfect . Lots of eateries, 711, family mart, gindaco, plenty of soba , udon, ramen places. A number of convenience stores nearby. Room is very clean. Self service of amenities & free beverages daily is wonderful. Could save us some bucks for our daily dose of coffee :)

Very close to Akasaka-Mitsuke and Akasaka subway stations giving very convenient access to the Chiyoda, Hanzomon, and Ginza lines. Staff were very friendly. I stayed for two days, then went to an other part of Japan for a conference for six days, then came back for my last three days in Japan. Upon my return they greeted me by name, which was a surprising but very welcoming gesture. The rooms are small, but that's all I wanted - just somewhere to sleep. I found the pillows in the room to be quite firm, however, next to the elevator are a selection of pillows you may choose from. So it was not a problem. There is a 711 next door, which is very convenient. There are few bars and nightlife nearby too. I had a lovely stay..

The on-site onsen was an absolute highlight, and the vending machine inside had good stock. The staff were also courteous and spoke good English.
