United KingdomAs usually is in hotels, lack of place to hang clothes is a constant issue. I think there were only 5 hangers in the room, but there was still place to install hooks or additional space for hanging clothes. I didn’t get breakfast, because it was mostly soup and bread, and smoothies, but there’s 7 Eleven and coffee shop right outside the hotel, very convenient!
Great location, staff always friendly and helpful! Great hairdryer - those with long thick hair understand what a pain it is to get that useless pocket-sized one! Cleaning upon request only, though you have to be out of your room before 10am to use it. But the room was cleaned well the few times I requested it! Also, enjoyed onsen a lot! Excellent location! Train station just 5 minutes away!

For those wanting to explore Tokyo, this is the perfect location, almost every location you put into your map there is a short walk to one of the nearby underground stations. Regarding the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout. Room comfortable and if, like me, you have trouble with the standard firm Japanese pillows, there are soft, deck supporting ones available for free downstairs. Onsen also great, men’s and women’s times. Really pleasant stay would return.

Great location in a nice and calm part of Tokyo, with good transport links that quickly took me to some of the bigger tourist areas. Close to restaurants, drug stores, convenience stores. Me and my partner had a amazing experience at this hotel. The room we had was the smallest one out of the 3 hotels we stayed at but this hotel was our absolute favorite. The amenities (like the onsen) and the staff were simply amazing. We will be coming back!

The room is very small but it is quiet normal in Toko area. The front staff is very helpful. Onsen is small but very relaxing, I went everyday. Despite the small room, the bed is very comfy and also it is well cleaned. I can really rest well as the room is very dark and quiet. The nearest train station is 5 mins away walking. There is a nice cafe in front of the hotel.

SerbiaIt's mostly a business area. There are restaurants and bars nearby, but they seem focused on Japanese business people so many of them are expensive and not too many tourist friendly bars. Also the default pillows that were in the room were very hard - but you can pick up some softer ones from the lobby.
I had a room with a nice view on the 9th floor. There are 2 stations not too far away (maybe 8mins). A combini is right by the hotel. The hotel has a public bath and coin laundry machines.
