Breakfast is buffet style, but choice is quite limited. They offer premade food, with water or milk to be added - strange and rather cumbersome. Rooms are quite small, but this is expected for such a central location and given the decent price.

Good location fir reaching many parts of Tokyo. Good dining and cafés, drugstores, etc nearby. Quiet rooms. Good price. Some friendly staff members, particularly Maria-san.

Really enjoyed my stay. Room was very comfortable and well designed for the typical small size. A big draw was the Onsen bath which I frequently used. Would definately book again.

The room size is somewhat small although that is to be expected for Tokyo. I personally didn't feel like it was a bother.

The hotel is in a very lively district with a lot going on until midnight. However, the moment you enter the hotel everything is quiet. The beds are very comfortable, extra pillows can be taken at any time and the personal is absolutely lovely. Especially Tajima-san is a very lovely lady. The hotel is in walking distance of two subway stations (Akasaka-mitsuke and Akasaka) with multiple subway lines. Roppongi can be reached by walking within 20min. Tokyo Tower can be reached in about 30min on foot. So it is no problem if you miss the last train in that area. The hot bath is also a nice addition. Overall a great place to stay in Tokyo!

a basic hotel that had some interesting extras. there was a selection of different scented/soft-hard pillows for guest use. hair ties in the onsen. matcha powdered tea all you can drink/use for the room. the paid breakfast was healthy and a nice beginning to the day (do not expect the usual all you can eat bounty of unhealthy yakisoba, hot dogs and scrambled eggs as seen in most japanese business hotels). a book of ando tadao's exhibition in the eating area should you want to look at it. women were given an additional amenities kit, which was nice. the room was very basic but somehow it grew on me. the staff were all quite nice.

Loved the pillow menu, free drinks and the day use area. So clean, great sento and located close to many metro lines and eateries. Across the road was bio C bin, great for vegans. Breakfast at the hotel was also vegan friendly. Organic tea was great too.

Breakfast costs 1500Y, main dishes includes miso soup (it was strange) and smoothie (also not very good, iced), fresh salad and some pastry. Coffee, coke.

Nice location in touristic area, streets around aunt so crowdy in the morning. But evening time itcs full of. Hotel has code-lock on the door. Room cleaning by demand (just put a notice out of the door), but towel change every day (also put used towels out). Hotel has own onsen! Different time for men and woman, free almost all the time: 2 persons maximum were at my visit (but onsen may include more). Works 24h. Very convenient if you have no time in Japan. Clean and modern! Hotel have working area in 2nd floor and you can use terrace for breakfast or work. Free serve-tourself bar works daytime tille the evening inlcuring strong alcohol (no beer), coffee machine and coke machine available for free. Modern elegant instrumental music plays quiet! Reception is on the 2nd floor, so, come inside and use an elevator to get 2nd floor for check-in.

Front desk was super friendly and extremely helpful! Attentive to answer all your questions and I felt like they remembered who I was even though I was barely there! The location was perfect as there’s plenty of restaurants in the same street, 7/11 right next door, it was perfect!

The price is kinda high for the size.

This was my first hotel in Japan. The staff was excellent, friendly, and spoke some English. The room was small but very functional. The onsen was relaxing but time limited.
