Really small room even for 2 people. Other then that, location was great, family mart right outside hotel, shopping , street food a block or two away. Osaka is very big , you can get lost. So stick together. They kept our bags while we explored while was perfect. Check out is at 11am

Pillows were literally flat. Asked at the desk for an extra for each of the two of us. The person working the desk was about to give us two until the other person there stopped him and told us we could only have one. Smoking lounge is adjacent to the front desk.

Convenient location close to Dotonbori, Denden Town, and subway stations connecting easily to all major attractions in Osaka.

The room is bigger than what I expected. Its clean and comfortable. The location is superb. Just few minutes walk from the station. Takashimaya shopping is just right opposites. Within walking distance to Dotonburi.

We loved the location and super helpful staff with excellent communication. Checking in and out was a breeze and staff helped us organise luggage transfer through the family mart downstairs.

The breakfast was a little disappointing however the staff at the restaurant were lovely.

Superb location, handy to Namba stations and especially so the Nankai station for direct access to KIX. An easy walk to Dotonbori and all the exciting shopping districts.

Convenient location! Direct train from Kansai airport and <5mins walk from the train station. It is a convenient spot to explore Osaka, especially so if you intend to do shopping at Dontobori! Fuss free check in and check out as well!

Room is not so spacious, but average for japan. everything else was pretty much standard.

Location is very good - very close to Namba station, but not so much that it`s too crowded or noisy. Within walking distance to Dotonbori, den den town and if you are in the mood, to Shinsekai market region. There is also a Family Mart on the ground level, which was very convenient! Another great surprise was that there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that goes to Itami airport, so it was perfect for us! Everything else was pretty much standard for a hotel in japan: clean rooms, good amenities, comfortable beds. Value for money is good considering location, but there is nothing that jumps out in terms of experience. Had very little interaction with staff and did not have any meals.

Small rooms, but that's what I expected. No Onsen or gym, but I knew they didn't have those when I booked it. Just be aware that the rooms we had were tiny, but ok for 1 person.

My son and I got our own rooms. They are small, but beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very functional. Our rooms were very quiet with good AC. Metro right out front and a short walk to Shopping and Dontonburi. Family mart right next door for snacks etc,.

The room was small but had everything needed. Good for an overnight stay.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the Namba Osaka Station as we were coming in from Nara on the Kintetsu line late in the day. Fortunately we received an email from the hotel saying which exit to use, Exit 5, as the station was huge with some 50 exits. To get from the hotel we used the local M subway Line to get to the Shin-Osaka station for the JR Shinkansen lines.

Room is a bit small but alright for solo traveller. A bit noisy as it’s near the bus terminal/stop.

Hotel is located to many convenient stores, train station entrances (esp straight to Nankai Osaka line) without the need to pull the heavy luggages up & down the stares. Exit 6 from train station will let you get to the hotel within a min. Very near to shopping district & Dontoburi. I love the offers/amenities they offered at lobby. From sachets of cleansing oils/lotions/teas, toothbrush, comb, beverages to even electric devices such as curling iron, steamer & also shoe dryers. There’s air purifier available in the room as well. Bed is comfortable but prefer more pillows. Room is just great for a solo traveller. I understand why couple will find it extremely squeezey esp with 2 luggages will be a challenge to stay in. Staff is extremely helpful & friendly. Lobby is at level 2 with 3 washing machines facilities, microwave & 2 vending machines.
