Just a short walk from JR Aomori station. Near bus station. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores near the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices.

I didn't ask for my room to be cleaned and when I entered it, dirty cloths for cleaning were strewn about, my stuff was moved around and the bathroom was wet. Apparently, the maid was starting to clean, then took a break. A reception staff member suddenly appeared apologizing. I handed her the dirty stuff and told her I wouldn't need any more "cleaning." Also breakfast was a crowded and hurried affair.

The location was perfect! Right across from the train station and close to major tourist sights, resturants and shops. My room was comfortable and had a nice view.

Room a little dated, was also advised by staff to not adjust the thermostat, but it was not an issue as the windows open up and allowed cool air to come into the room.

Great Location, minutes away from Aomori Station, A-factory and Nebuta Wa-rasse Museum, opposite the tourist information centre (with English speaking staff, and super helpful), and bus stops to get around to other sites seeing locations. The bed was comfy and all amenities provided for. Breakfast included was great, did not run out of food despite it being busy (and I think fully booked). Hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. Room suitable for solo traveller but will be too tight with luggage etc. with two people

I was assigned to a room on the floor where the in-house hot spring was located. It was quite noisy until late at night because of people chatting in front of the elevator

The hotel is dated, the taps in the bathrooms were the knobs type , the bathroom is very small and there is only 1 washing machine with a separate dryer on the 2nd floor. They are also rather dated.

Very good location, within walking distance to the train station and eateries. A Family Mart was just round the corner of the hotel. The breakfast is good too, with quite a selection of dishes.

Nothing to dislike.

Looks older on the outside of the hotel but staff are both professional and warm, and eager to assist. Liked that they carefully prepared printed information in English. Location is great too for accessing the various tourist spots near Aomori station plus the tourist information center is just in front of the hotel.

The toilet is raised a bit too high. No good for seniors and young children especially dangerous if old folks need to go to the toilet a couple of the at night

Location is simply best. Right opposite the train station. Dated building but clean and quiet. The senior lady staff was very helpful, she even ran out to the tourist information centre to get the bus schedule for us. And yes the tourist information centre is right outside the hotel too! Location is just 2 min walk to the nearest JR station. Very convenient and Nearby a lot of restaurant. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There is parking just next to the hotel.

The location was perfect!, just next to the Aomori JR station and near Shinmachi shopping street, also near the A-factory and Nebuta museum The staff are also nice and helpful Breakfast was Ok, not so many types of food but reasonable with the price There’re also public bath upstair which good to enjoy after a long day! Recommended, will stay here again if visiting Aomori
