We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongConvenient location. When checking in, the staff suggested paying a little extra to upgrade to a bigger room. Although it was larger, it didn't really feel very spacious. However, it was still much better than the average hotels in Tokyo.

Location of the hotel, the free amenities/toiletries(in the lobby, you can actually get some facial cream,serum,toner, etc and they're actually of good quality), room setup allows you to put big bags on floor, the friendliness of staff and good communication skills

Thailandit's much better and competitive if the hotel provides stream closet (eg lg styler) in the room.
I stayed in twin room so it's spacious enough for 1 person . The room was tidy and clean ,also was the bathroom I loved the steam-iron that equipped in the rental area of each floor. The coin laundry was very good and convenient . Staff member was polite and welcome.

The location was great. It was across the street from the train station, where you can also catch the bus to Snow Monkey Park. Reception is on the 4th floor. Shampoo and shower gel were provided in the room. There was a water dispenser on my floor. Nice view from my window.

Right oppositie the station. Smallest room of our trip. Average hotel in all aspects, except for the front desk where the staff is courteous. Nothing super, nothing bad. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but the information sheet showed the average set of items. If you need a room near the station there is no reason why you shouldn't stay here.
