It is not near to the "center" but well connected by bus, tram and train.

Spacious and large dorm room. The individual "capsules" are very big, with a bed (not directly on the floor) and a little desk and storage space. Plenty of showers, toilets and sinks in the shared bathing area. A smallish kitchen with large dining area, but no chairs or couch to lounge or relax.

I didn't see people working for the Hostel, which is a bit strange, but I guess it's ok. Locker room was a bit small (can't put 17"pc in it), I would have liked soap in toilets also.

Clean, you have enough space on the side of your bed for your belongings. Toilets, shower, kitchen, amenities are nice. Many power sockets.

My pillow had red spots on it. Staff is non-existent. There is no luggage storage after check-out.

The facilities were generally pretty clean. Capsules were spacious. Location was only like a 5 min walk from the station.

I didn’t mind it at all but this hostel isn’t social. It was so quiet when I stayed there and I only saw about five others who didn’t chat at all.

I loved this hostel! First of all, the location is amazing. It’s just a few stops from Nagasaki Station and about a two minute walk from the tram stop. There is a big shopping mall about five minutes from the hostel and I had a great dinner there (lots of other things you need close by too). I had no issues with the person less check-in. The facilities were so clean and the capsules were huge with space to put your things. The lounge was a handle place to have breakfast. Would highly recommend this place if you want a quiet non social spot to spend the night.

Alot of signs with don't do this and this and this.... feels very unwelcome. You don't see the staff it's all digital. When check out. You can't leave your bags or stay in the commen area. But I emailed that needed to wait on something till 12 and it was no problem which was nice

Check-in was easy, the place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect if you just want a bed for the night with no stress. The common areas were pretty nice too.

The room was a bit warm and on the first night I wasn't used to the temperature, but after one night I got used to it and slept better. Other than that it was all good.

I liked that they provided towels for every day of my stay. It had many showers, toilets, and sinks and you won't have to wait to use those facilities.

Although great for those who need introverted recharge time, it was less welcoming doing check in by tech and having cameras around.

This place is great if you are introverted or in need some calm time. And it's also good for those who want clearly articulated rules. Very clean, comfortable beds.

Strict about not letting you upstairs until check in time. Good thing there is a mall with a bathroom not too far away. They also don't let you store your bags after checkout.

It has everything you could ask for, amenities wise. You basically have a little room to yourself with a curtain for a door.

The property is honestly great there’s just absolutely no social atmosphere (or wasn’t when I went). I stayed 3 nights and probably said 10 words to 4 people across the whole time.

Lack of furniture in the common area for sitting down/relaxing. Cutlery was minimal.

Clean and spacious. Didn't see any member of staff during my one night stay. Not sure how to contact anyone if there had been a problem. The kitchen was small but functional. The dorm was a good size and the capsule beds were spacious as well. Good location near tram stop. On-site laundry facilities for a fee.
