We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandGold location, have an access to Nagano Station directly. It was just across Alpico Sales Office and a bus stop to Togakushi Shrine. If you want to go to Kamikochi from here, the bus stop was right in front of the hotel!

JapanThe hotel is located right next to the train station, but finding the entrance through the department store was a bit confusing. Perhaps more signage would be good. But once you find it the first time, you're fine!
This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We booked it the day before our stay and we wish we had booked more nights here. The room was very spacious, super comfy beds and lots of storage. Our baby could play on the floor safely. The shower had a very good water pressure. Our breakfast buffet was great, as was the service. They looked after our luggage before check-in and once we checked out too. There's a direct entrance to the hotel from the train station through the department store.

We dined in the "Shinano" restaurant one evening and it was excellent. The Bar Apollo was very enjoyable with some great views of the city and friendly helpful staff.
