The breakfast service is a little bit slow. If you have a breakfast after 9:30 you have to ask for somebody to replenish some items.

The location was really the only small downside. Although the subway station was close by (5 minute walk), we had to take the subway for all popular tourist attractions as none were really walkable for us. Everything was a minimum 15-20 minute subway ride, which doesn’t sound bad but that’s double walking time.

The size of the rooms were large by Japanese standards. There was good storage space, a desk, plenty of device charging ports along the headboard, nice size bathtub & shower. The entire hotel looked clean and higher end. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The laundry facility was very nice with a new lounge.

No freezer. I stayed 12 nights and on my last day, I was on a call and even though I had do not disturb, the cleaning staff kept knocking on my door until I answered.

Great location. Room size was ok. Love that it has Chromecast and smart tv. Washing machine and ironing facilities. There’s a small gym though I didn’t use it.

The room was seriously small you had trouble passing each other and I had to crawl across the bed to get into it as it was pushed up against the wall. If you have 2 large suitcases there is really nowhere to put them.

Centrally located to the train station and a short 10 minute walk to streets full of shops and restaurants in a beautiful neighborhood area. The staff went above and beyond to help us and the room was so clean. Washing machine and dryer on site on the 4th floor plus ice machine. Bathtub in the room was great to soak in each night after walking around all day. Coffee machine and tea making facilities in the room.

The rooms are small. Was having a bit of trouble to fully open the suitcase. Other than that, the experience was exceptional, would really recommend.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The lobby, the entrance, the restaurants below are simply beautiful. Everything feels high end and very clean. The location is right next to a metro station, which means you can simply get quickly anywhere you'd like in Tokyo.

The bathroom was small and the bathtub felt cheap and not secure when getting in or out. The room was okay but slightly smaller than hoped. We also stayed at the H.M.E in Kamakura, but overall much preferred that one to this one.

Good value for money with the spa facilities. Great breakfast facilities - though could be open for longer. Staff were very friendly and gracious as it was my birthday.

There was nothing we disliked. No complaints.

Our room was a good size and the location was convenient for siteseeing in the neighbourhood with public transportation specifically train stations being close to the hotel. We were impressed with the reception personnel who were always willing to help and offer us assistance. We did not try the.breakfast that was available as a variety of eateries were nearby and also very economic for the most part.

I did wish the hotel was on a subway line, but it was only a short walking distance away- about 5-10 minutes.

The room for a triple was huge!! The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. The sink and the shower were separate from the toilet which is perfect when traveling with others. The shower was the best! There was a tub with jets too!! The breakfast was delicious and full of choices. I had spa services come right to the room! There was even a convenience store out the front door and a pharmacy out the back door!

We were trying to book for dinner at their restaurant but it's always fully book.

The location of the hotel is near the train station. It's just a few minutes walk. I also like their breakfast buffet. The foods are delicious. The room is great and it's clean.

There was only one line closest to the hotel, which was the Tozai line. The next was JR Chuo-Subo line. Both lines are a considerable amount of walk to and from the hotel. Not too far, but not so close either.

The family room was big enough to fit a family of 5. The hotel is close to convenience stores and coffee shops. Room was cleaned well and the hotel sfaff was very helpful and accomodating.

We we're told there wasn't a coin laundry, but there is. It was in the other wing of the hotel to where we stayed, so check that. The floor in the bedroom is timber floating so the noise from other rooms is more than if there was carpet. Also, there is a bit of traffic and train noise (although not bad), but we were on the second floor, so that may be why.

Big room with comfy beds and 2 big lounges - a definite bonus; extra pillow; spa bath; plenty of storage space; there was a vent you could open at the window for fresh air. Really close to convenience shops (right downstairs) plus eateries downstairs in a plaza just across a pedestrian way. Suidabashi station a 5 minute walk. Excellent "laundry lounge" where you can heat food using the microwave and eat while you wait. You also have real time "laundry status" in your room on the TV. There is a hotel bakery and restaurant downstairs as well. We brought our own muesli so didn't have the breakfasts.

I loved the spacious room and the cleanliness. The hotel staff were very hospitable and friendly. The subway is a 4-minute walk from the hotel, and the JR station is an 8-minute walk from the hotel. There are many convenient stores like Family Mart, Lawson, and 7 Eleven located around the hotel, as well as some bakeries, restaurants, and drug stores. Tokyo Dome is just a 10-minute walk away. Excellent hotel.

Really amazing location close to Iidabashi station. You can quickly get to any ward in Tokyo that you want. The room we chose was very spacious considering its in Tokyo and had a storage option, though we had a big luggage laid out at all times. The room had everything you needed. The bath had a bathtub but I wish that the hotel would also have a public bath, which was really the only thing we felt was missing. The employees were great and accommodating and helped us with transport to the airport.
