Not easy to get from car park to hotel. Needs better signage. Hotel could do with a refurbishment.

Local to my office, which is Alpha Tower in Birmingham, Shower wasn't the best, to be honest, seemed to have water coming from the pipe where it connected to the taps, but ok . Would I stoip again , Im not sure many other opportunities in the are and close by my offices.

The only thing was the room we first had on the 2nd floor was right at the end it was a little dusty and a few crumbs on carpet we were near the stairwell.. And it was so noisy, because of the trains and people bashing the door to stairway, so had a bad sleep. We were moved to 5th floor, but this time 2 doors away from end still a little noisy.. But the room next to ours were the worst they were talking so loud from 11.30pm till 1.30am... Apart from that excellent hotel.. Jordon on reception was really genuine and took our complaint seriously.

The staff were excellent, could not do more for you, reception especially, and the young lady in restaurant, at the front desk.. Great customer services very friendly.

Room was a little hot, it had aircon but it didn’t seem to be doing much.

Good location, check in staff and concierge were very friendly, gave us activity packs for the kids which was a nice touch. Children had free breakfast and I thought the range and quality of the breakfast was very good for the price.

Comfortable clean spacious rooms. Beds very comfortable, room facilities everything we needed. Thanks to Matt from Reception for helping us negotiate the way to station due to Birmingham run going on today much appreciated he went above and beyond 👍

TV was unmanaged - channels not in a logical range so BBC was not followed by ITV etc. So rather useless.

the room was spacious with 2 double beds, we stayed for 2 nights for work and had everything we needed. We want to thank the staff at reception who went above and beyond to take care of a large package we had to leave behind and arrange to get picked up on the Monday as no currier would take it over the weekend. Thanks so much for your help!! :)

We could hear a squeal coming from the lift in our room that did keep me awake and affected my quality of sleep. The hotel is up a hill from the teain station, so may not be suitable for some people.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and although I thought the rooms were OK, there are plans in the foyer showing updates that are in the pipeline. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, with a large selection to choose from. Hot food was actually hot. Hotel is nearby many attractions in Birmingham. Room was large, bed very big, comfortable, room was equipped with all necessary appliences and toiletries.

Our shower head shot off when it was turned on, but we told staff and they were very helpful. Other than that, brilliant. Its up rather a steep hill, so maybe not ideal if you are disabled.

The breakfast was amazing and made the stay, lots to choose from and lovely restaurant. Spacious room. Very friendly staff. Lobby is huge and well presented.

No fridge in room, shower over bath is old fashioned and very narrow space to wash, room was a bit dated, lifts were slow, restaurant food is very average, can hear other guests moving and snoring.
