We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- Lights by the bed a bit bright and very far back, you can't lounge on your bed in the daytime without it feeling like a cave. But the beds were very big and allowed lots of space.
- Very central- 10 minute walk to all the tourist bits. - There's a bar upstairs and cafe downstairs. I wasn't travelling to make friends but if you were, two girls in my dorm who hadn't met made friends. Seems good place to! - Beds comfy, bathroom facilities behind a door so you can't hear people brushing their teeth in the morning, laundry facilities, free shampoo/conditioner etc. - Hostel let me store my luggage after I'd checked out which was very useful to my travels! - Easy check in/out - Luggage space in the room, along with a clothes rack with hangers. Great when every customer has bulky luggage.

It was very clean. I have not stayed in a hostel in over 20 years so was a bit skeptical but this hostel was phenomenal and I would rebook again. I was with my 70 year old aunt and 20 year old daughter and we all loved it.

AustriaThere‘s no ledge in the beds, where you can store things (like glasses, phone, etc.). Not a lot of showers and toilets for so many people. There was no hot water in the evening.
Big house with bar, washing machines, hang out areas, etc. The people at the reception were super nice and helpful. Location of the hostel is very convenient for exploring the city. There were plenty of Coat hangers and a big open closet in dorm.

United KingdomOur room was on the same level as the open 24hr common room, we were trying to rest and people were still talking at 22:40. There was an emergency exit light in our room that didn’t go off at all so our room was flooded with a bright white light all night. I had an eye mask but it was still very annoying.
Staff were friendly on arrival and stored our bags away. Check in was easy. We had booked a twin room but didn’t realise it has a bathroom which was a pleasant surprise and a bath as well. Beds were comfortable and there were locals shops and restaurants near by. Easily accessible via street car.

CanadaBeds on either side of dorm separated by a small aisle that is full of people’s luggage so takes a bit of maneuvering to get in and out if your bed is towards the end. Not the most social in spite of large common area.
Súper central. Steps to amenities and metro stations. 30+ beds per dorm but individual cubes so you don’t feel crowded at all.

For me the location was really great, walking distance from the city center. There is a diret tram from Hiroshima station or from Bus center to the hostel. Was really convenient.
