It is well designed for family of four. Private laundry to kitchen had everything you would need. Super modern. Quiet location and easy 7mins walk to train station. Convenience to combinis and a large supermarket. Host were very responsive and it is evident they take great care in the residence from security measures and general presentation of common areas. For us it was great value and an excellent start to our trip.

Spacious. Great Japanese style bathroom - loved the bath! Washer dryer in the apartment was so handy! Loved the view of Sky Tree from the roof too. Great having supermarkets and amenities close by. Easy 7 mins walk to metro station (10mins to the station entrance with lift)

everything was great. No complaints at all. One recommendation for improvement would be to add washing machine / dryer instructions in English since many the buttons are all in Japanese without any symbols

Nice rooms. Great Host. Close to the Metro Station with two frequently running lines. One of the two lines is Shinjuku Line which takes you directly to shinjuku without having to transfer (btw Shinjuku is the busiest train station in Japan and likely the busiest in the world. It is also the departure point for the Bullet Trains). Close to a supermarket and several mini markets. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Happy Hour at the rooftop on Saturday Night was a nice bonus. Washing Machine and Dryer combo was fantastic, especially in the summer where you need to change cloths frequently. Showers that have amazing water pressure (it will be hard to adjust to low pressure when We go home). Yassu and his wife (owners and managers), were fantastic ! when we could not figure out the buttons on the Washing Machine, they came in minutes to show which buttons to press.

These are just small annoyances - nothing major: check-in was annoying, because we had to upload passport photos on the tablet of the building - despite already having done it a few days before. (we were really tired when we arrived...just wanted to get in!) there was a funky smell in the apartment, despite everything being spotless. we could not identify the source of the smell. the hallway light had a motion sensor, in front of the bathroom door - going to the toilet in the middle of the night woke up the whole family because the (bright) light turned on.

The only, very minor, problem was the documentation where to put the different types of separated garbage. It wasn't clear which type belongs where outside of the apartment. But this is not a real problem :)

Nice, new, clean apartment in a good location. Well documented facilities and a nice rooftop terrace. Apartments are soundproof enough to not feel guilty for staying there with 3 little kids :-)

A very well organized and well laid out apartment. A lot of thought has gone into the process to ensure our stay was comfortable and worry-free, as all elements of the stay, and utilisation of the different appliances, facilities, and services were well documented. To put it simply, it was a stress free stay because everything was already pre-considered by the owners. We would definitely stay at KLASSO Tokyo Sumiyoshi Apartments again. Also, the apartments were located in a lovely neighbourhood (lots of families out on Sunday, having a picnic in the local park, during the cherry blossom season).

With all the amenities provided, it had made my trip so much more easier. I didn’t have to pack too much as i can easily use the laundry and I didn’t have to buy too much toiletries as it was provided for the most part. The room was very spacious in comparison to most accomodation in Tokyo and the bedding was very comfy. I would defiantly come back in my next japan trip.

The location is definitely a bit further than stated, about 10+ mins walking distance? That's because it takes quite a while to get out of the train station itself. Though generally I would say that there's a ton of walking to be expected in Japan.

The apartment is so thoughtfully designed, down to the location of the power plugs, and spacious (even more for Tokyo standards). It was very well furnished, and stocked with amenities, including a washer and dryer. (Photos attached not very well taken) The host was also really helpful, even coming down to pass a first aid kit when my mum accidentally injured herself. There is a also a huge supermarket which has everything you need just down the road.

The host was very quick to respond, the place it self was very spacious and clean. There were QR codes everywhere to help you understand the Japanese equipment. We love the washing machine in the room which also acted as a dryer. The beds were also really comfortable and soft, we were also given multiple blankets for us to use. The rooftop was extremely pretty at night, however we wish the lights stayed on longer than 11pm but it was still nice. We accidentally forgot something at the apartment and the host let us know instantly and asked us how we would like it returned. Overall we had a great experience at KLASSO we would recommend it to everyone. The price is really reasonable also!

Location was good, 5min walk from Sumiyoshi station., you can even walk towards Tokyo SkyTree. Lot’s of delicious food nearby. Clean, comfortable and functional. Also, can leave your luggage on F5 to roam around before your flight 🥳❤️

The owner of KLASSO is a very nice person. Because my husband arrived in Tokyo earlier than me, I was worried that it would be troublesome for him to drag two large luggages alone. I inquired about KLASSO's arrangements early, the owner was very helpful and let my husband enter the room, and I didn't go through the official check-in until the end of the night. Very considerate. The location is close to the supermarket, and there is also a park. The supermarket is very big. It is really great to buy food back to KLASSO cooking. 15-20 minutes from KLASSO to JR Kinshicho Station. There are also sufficient supporting facilities around Kinshicho Station, including shopping malls, theaters, and restaurants. Even after watching movies, we can walk back to KLASSO, which is really good. KLASSO is really the best homestay I have ever stayed in. The facilities in the room are all new. I believe the only comment is that the kitchen exhaust hood not strong enough. After cooking, the smell will stay in the room for a long time. In addition, the bed matress is a bit soft, I hope it can be strengthened that can fit who don't like soft beds, that would be better. we loved homestay at KLASSO, this place is good recommadtion for stay. <Below is my husband's commet. haha> Things or facilities or air conditioner provided in the apartment were latest possible models with perfect conditions.
