This place beats it ALL Many reviews about misunderstood location, small rooms etc. its Japan and it’s red light district, my wife and me loved it, best room we had in any hotel, far beyond 5star room! - tv free movies super cool !

Place is in prime location. Receptionist with short blonde hair is the nicest person ever and even gave us 2 umbrellas to keep when it was raining. Hope you enjoy the Mochi! ^_^

Rooms were a little tight but we expected this in Tokyo.

Fantastic location in central Shinjuku, the hotel is new and comfortable and includes free light breakfast or a small fee for a more substantial breakfast.

Yes, it is a love hotel, but honestly the fancy decor, room service ordering via the TV, large room size for tokyo and amazing bath was so worth it - would 100% recommend for couples.

it’s right next door to questionable adult entertainment!!!!!!! At night time it’s right in the middle of nightlife where young girls are holding placards

I loved how new, clean and glamorous the place looked , loved the smell when you walk in lobby. Felt like a VIP guest staying in hotel, had PJ’s, bathrobe,slippers, fantastic mood lighting, complimentary water, excellent service, loved the deco, and the bed was so soft and comfortable. walking distance to station and shopping malls . Stone throw away from the famous ramen store which is open 24 hours, go around 9am and there’s no queue!! Have concierge to receive luggage :))))

It's my own fault but I should have requested a non-smoking room. Despite being a room where smoking was allowed, it was pretty hard to detect any stale smoke smells though.

The hotel is located in a central area of Shinjuku. It's very close to the subway station and lots of restaurants and other businesses. Despite being in a busy area, it's still very quiet inside the room.

It's the first time we had a karaoke machine in the room. Had a lot of fun with it. Room was stocked up in a lot of different Japanese amenities - got to try them all. Toilet top tier. Jacuzzi in the bathtub with different colours. Great place for a night for that money

As expected, the room is tiny.

The most stocked up hotel we've ever been to. They've got everything you need, and everything you didn't know you needed. Skincare, haircare, bath salts, etc. Right in the middle of Kabukicho, 50m away from the Godzilla head, the street was a quiet enough side street. Soundproofing of the room is on point. It was good fun perusing the TV content too 😂

The hotel is in a red district in an area for adult entertainment, not suitable for families with children. But besides that, the hotel is really good and the location is privileged.

Looking for a hotel in Tokyo and first timer, I didn't researched enough and the hotel is in Kabukicho, which is known for its adult night life, bars and love hotels. My stay was actually really good as I leave each day very early. The room was clean and it had every kind of amenities, even karaoke! Also, it's very close to Shinjuku station, which is very busy, but gives you a point of departure to all Tokyo.

Some of the surrounding area is sketchy, but we loved it, you can easily ignore the seedy bits.

Rooms were great, really interesting decor. Decent size for Tokyo. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If you want to experience Shinjuku, you can't do better in terms of location. We travelled as a family, 3 generations, and everyone enjoyed it.
