Nice comfy totami mats, kind guests coming through. But the best part is the lady who owns the property. She is a lovely person and very sweet. We had breakfast together and it was like having a mom in Japan. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Clean, cozy, easy to travel to busy spots for food and bar. Lovely park along the river with occasional events going on.

For me personally, even if the position is nice (8 minutes walk from the metro stop), it wasn't the best streets to walk home to in the dark when you are a solo woman. The overall temperature of the house (hence of the bathroom as well) was quite low, so showering in the cold was not very nice :(

Absolutely lovely house owner, always tries to accommodate every request you might have or not even have (she made my breakfast on the last day!!). The room is clean and cozy and the bed really comfortable, towels are provided as well as additional blankets. My room, luckily, had also a heat pump. The bathroom is shared, and you can tell that it's cleaned really often, sometimes though you just happen to share it with not so polite guests... Overall a great stay and great room with an amazing host!

The shared bathroom is on the main level next to the kitchen. Not a problem, but something to be aware of if you're booking this property. Our only complaint was that the house was a bit cold in the winter (including the kitchen and bathroom), although the bedroom heats up quickly with the reversible AC/heater.

The best part of this property is the wonderfully welcoming woman who runs it. She is so kind and warm, and so interested in all of her guests - asking questions and engaging in conversation. In addition, she prepared us a small homemade breakfast each morning for no extra cost. The host speaks Japanese and Chinese, and is adept at using Google Translate if you don't speak one of these languages. The property is well-located, near the subway station (under 5 minutes walking) and near a large park. It is very convenient to access the shinkansen, regional trains, subway, and airport all through public transit. Its location is also very quiet so we slept quite well. The room was comfortable although not particularly large.

For me personally it was very cold inside - but I wanted to experience how is it to live in a traditional Japanese house and this is how. However in your room there is independent air conditioning which is heating the room very efficiently.

This homestay is run by a very lovely lady who is trying to do everything she can to make you feel at home. The natural park nearby is really very beautiful. I loved the view from my balcony to local neighbourhood and I loved the experience writing postcards to my friends and family from the low table (floor seated) and so much more. Also the owner was very kind and made me traditional Chinese dumplings for breakfast which were very delicious. Thank you.

The highlight of this accomodation is the outstanding owner. She put a lot of effort into making us feel at home, including making our group a home cooked breakfast. It is also in a great location for the train. 10/10, would come back again, staying here was a highlight of our trip to Japan.

Auntie is amazing with all the food and service she has given to me. I truly liked her, she is so caring and really made me feel like I have stayed in my own mom's home. Her home is so clean and at a very good location. I would definitely recommend her place to stay in Osaka without any dispute. I am glad I have chosen her place to stay.

Nothing at all!

The room was lovely, great to have a nice balcony and be in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable bedding as well. The nearby park was lovely, right along the river. Easy to get around via the nearby metro station. The host was an absolute treat to spend time with! I will forever look back fondly on morning conversations with our host. Very nice and fun to talk to! Great memories at this place, I highly recommend! 10 stars!!

I didn't want to leave.

The house is in a sheltered spot in a quiet neighbourhood but only a few minutes walk from a metro station and well situated for access to the main transport hubs. It is 2 minutes walk to a pleasant natural riverside park with views across the river to central Osaka. The house smells fresh and clean. I am badly allergic to house dust and to mould but I had no problems here. The bedrooms, beds and bedding are clean and well aired. The landlady is conscientious and takes good care of her guests.

Slightly difficult to fine initially but we were sent plenty of pictures of the front door of property and Google Map searchable address in English.

Clean, pleasant, quiet location. Very friendly landlady. We had an upstairs bedroom with beds and there is a Ryokan room that can sleep 2 in the next room and a large Ryokan room on the ground floor that can sleep 4. We were just 5 minutes walk from the Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station of the Midosuji subway line that give easy access to downtown Osaka. The Shin-Osaka station is walkable if you arrived on a Shinkansen bullet train, only 19 minutes to walk it but much easier to hop on the Midosuji for 190yen.

Location is very convenient and easily accessible from Osaka metro. It is little inconvenient for travelers coming by car, as there is no parking at site. Host was very friendly and caring.

Please take note that the smaller rooms for 2-3 pax are located on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. Hence might not be suitable if you are travelling with elderly. Exercise caution with heavy luggage.

The lady owner is very hospitable and took great care of us, making feel like it's a home away from home. She would prepare breakfast for us, especially on days when we are travelling far. The whole premises is clean. The bedroom and bathroom are well equipped with heating facilities. Location is superb. It is 7mins walk to Nishinakajima-minamigata Station, with straight metro line to popular locations such as Shinsaibashi and Namba. It is also only 30mins metro ride away from USJ. Totally love our stay here and highly recommend!

Aunty is super kind and friendly. She take a very good care of us! The place is nice and comfy. The location is near both subway and JR, therefore you can walk there easily.

Place was very clean and quite! Check in was easy and fast! Very close to the train station and fast access to Osaka center! Plenty of shops and cafes around! Highly recommended. A big thanks to the host which she was so nice and kind, she made breakfast for us!
