Very big room, but hardly any storage for clothes which can be a little awkward if you're staying for more than three nights and don't want to live out of your suitcase.

The corner room was very big with lots of amenities, including our own coffee-machine. With this type of room came free afternoon snacks/seasonal sweets on weekdays. Very varied breakfast. Big bathroom. Close to the station and car rentals so it's perfect for exploring everything in and around Aomori.

Would have been nice if the Restaurant was open of an evening.

First class establishment with every facility, wonderfully located, extremely comfortable room with the bonus of bilingual television enabling us to watch Grand Sumo and the NHK news in English. On the premises parking very convenient. Wish there were more Hotel JAL locations.

Being on the upper floor with a big windows and seating possibility next to it, I just sat and drank tea watching over the city. The hotel is only a 10min walk from the station and there is lots of restaurants close by.

It was quite expensive for our 2 nights stay. We paid more for this than our 2 nights stay in Tokyo.

It was very close to ASPAM. There are a number of restaurant options just down the street. The pillows were very comfortable.

The room itself was a bit outdated and could have been a bit cleaner. The windows had probably not been cleaned for a long time.

Highly recommended hotel in Aomori. It has a great location, just a 10 min walk from the station. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Although it was difficult with the language, they helped me figure out how to get to a particular shrine. The breakfast is great. As it is buffet style, there is something for everyone.

Can't really complain. It would have been nice to be a bit closer to the train station, but that's being picky.

This was a nice hotel - nothing special. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and my room was a standard western style hotel room. The hotel itself was about a 15min walk away from the main train station.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Really nice atmosphere at this hotel. It was a great room with lots space. We had a view of the bridge and could see the sea. There was a free afternoon tea with yummy cakes and drinks. The breakfast was well presented with many choices of food. It was easy walking distance to the train station and we found lots of places to eat dinner. There seemed to be lots of great coffee shops who are doing expresso coffees and drip coffee. The hotel also had a laundry where I could do some washing.

Location - it is both as close and as far as advertised. Great location in terms of proximity to restaurants and shops, bit of a walk from the station.

Great room for the price. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Not a lot to say about it - just a standard hotel.

Don't remember anything bad about this hotel - rooms are small but that's standard in Japan for these types of hotels.

Great little place located very close to the station and the port, spotlessly clean rooms, modern and well equipped.

There are smoking floor, smells smoking in the elevator. Wash machine was’t newer model, didn’t dry my clothes well.

Hotel staff were really nice and give me great idea for sightseeing & dinner.
