There was no drying rack but listed.. there is no staff.. the building is very dated and smells bad.. loads of stains on the floors and they ask seriously money for it.. I left after the first night because of my heavy backpains. Turns out a 4star hotel was cheaper

We saw no staff other than the cleaning lady for our whole stay there and weren't comfortable leaving our keys at reception with no-one to store them safely. The window was sealed shut which made the room quite stuffy. Its a fair distance to the train station if you are carrying bags.

The room had a kettle and a hair dryer and a microwave on the corridor. It was small but clean and had shower amenities and the bed was comfortable.

The room had a smell of sweat that lingered unless you had the AC on. It made me think the rooms were not cleaned well as this seems like something that could easily be fixed. Fine for 1 night but probably wouldn't stay longer.

It was cheap accommodation and what you would expect for the price. Front desk staff was friendly but didn't speak any English so some Japanese knowledge is needed.

The toilet didn't work really good, the chair was a folding chair. That wasn't good either. The worst by far was the internet. It was so bad that I couldn't really do anything with it.

Convenient location near to Okonomiyaki street/ Don Quijote and major shopping outlets. Room was very comfortable, it had a usb TV. Bathroom was top notch. Also, 2 minutes away there's a cheap mini supermarket near the hotel.

We can't believe that is a hotel, the hotel name is not illuminated on the street, so it is very difficult to find it, no people at the front desk, no service, the room light not enough so dark, , too noisy, too small toilet, we will not choose this hotel again and wouldn't recommend to our friends, very bad.

It was cheap so I wasn't expecting much, but I didn't realize the designated smoking area would be on the same floor as the rooms, which meant that every room would stink of smoke every time anyone decided to smoke. This is only a good hotel if you are a smoker.

I was unfortunate to arrive without staff in front desk to arrange check-in (4PM). They write a phone number for contact but my phone is roaming. Finally I have to use the public phone against the street to contact.

The room was not clean. There was a very strong smell of sweat when I entered the room, which wouldn't go after I opened the window and came back hours later, and the toilet seat had definitely not been cleaned properly. Then, noisy, a group of people started talking very loudly in the corridor in the middle of the night (not the hotel's fault but still not helping with the experience...). Location is also not ideal.

Somebody smoked outside at the balcony and I could smell it in my room even though I closed door and window already.

This hotel has a medium-sized refrigerator with separated freezer compartment so I could store an ice-cream for my little girl. (While most famous business hotel chains are equipped with small fridges with no freezer for ice or ice-cream.)
