-That showers were on a different floor -- not a big deal, but still slightly annoying. -Still a bit of a walk to the nearest metro/big food area.

-Staff was super friendly -- even after I checked out and went to another hotel, a worker (Patricia?) saw me around and made it a point to say hi. -It was in one of the more busy areas which meant good access (though it was still a walk). -The common areas were clean and nice. -Had laundry that was cheap and easy.

We were in a private room which had a slightly weird smell in it - probably from previous people eating in it which is no fault of the hostel.

Very spacious common room and great facilities in the kitchen. Plenty of showers and doesn’t feel cramped. Great location too.

One socket with attached light in and a liiiitle light on the socket itself. Basically you have to choose between light and electricity for you.

White is the main colour here, that is nice. Staff is nice. Considering it is hostel, your place is huge, next to bed is a table with locker.

It’s not about the property itself, but location was not ideal for me as I needed to walk a bit to get to the subway. Tho there is a very close bus station.

I wasn’t expecting 30 beds in one room, but it was actually ok. Unfortunately to get aircon into the bunks you needed to open the curtain, which meant a lot of light when people on opposite bunks also had their curtains open but lights on. Not a big issue though. I only stayed one night, but i didnt personally find it an easy hostel to socialise and meet people as a solo traveller.

A bit far from the city's points of interest but easily doable by metro. The showers are on the 3rd floor even though the dormitories are on the 5th.

Very good value for money, amongst the cheapest options in Osaka, close to Osaka station.

Not really a fault with the property, but there were some people chatting loudly on the phone in the stairwell, which can be heard throughout the building, and someone talking on the phone in the shared bathroom.

Excellent location, great price. It is like a capsule hotel but there is more space and a large common area with kitchen facilities and space to work and chat, etc.

There was nowhere except in front of the bunk to put luggage, meaing that everyone's bags were in the middle of the walkway. Also, the men's urinals were in full view any time the bathroom door opened, which didn't seem to be a concern for the guys.

I had a very brief (few hour) stay at the property so don't have much insight to share, but it seemed to be on-par or above average in comparison to other hostels I've stayed in. The bed space and common areas were clean and comfortable and the staff were reasonably friendly.

I wish people who were staying there cleaned up after themselves more or would read the rules. I saw some bottles in trash but for the most part most people were responsible.

The location was good! It was not too far of a walk from the area I needed to be! And you have many options for transportation available!

Wonderful staff and location! This was the second time we stayed here - second time for me, first time for my partner. The staff recognised me from the year before and we continued our conversation where we had left off :) A truly friendly, welcoming environment with clean facilities and excellent location! Cannot recommend this place strongly enough.

Very clean. Host is very nice. Laundry and showers work great. Good communal area (lobby) equipped with included amenities. Close to Fukushima Station (Osaka Loop Line) which can take you directly to Osaka-Kansai Airport.

Wifi was very poor, especially while in my cubby which was in the corner of the room. The shower area felt a bit run down but was clean enough. The location was okay. Based on other reviews, I thought the location would be close to major train stations, but it was actually quite far. At least a 15 minute brisk walk to Osaka station. Also, there wasn't much space available to hang your clothes/towel.

Beds were clean. I was relieved that the room/dorm was quiet at night. The safety box was JUST large enough to snugly fit a 15 inch laptop. If you have a 16 inch laptop, I recommend leaving that at home. They had a curler and straightener in the women's wash room. There was also a kitchen and paid washing machine available which was convenient.
