Stayed in Asakusa many times but my first time at this hotel. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful upon arrival, it was so appreciated. Room was fresh and new and quite spacious. Location is super close to all the sights and the train station Will definitely be back here!!

Perfect location! Very clean with an ice machine, washer and dryer. Air conditioning kept us comfortable!!! The deluxe room for 3 was larger than the rooms for 2 people. I would stay in this room again.

Location, nice area in asakusa but if you explore more around shibuya and shinjuku have to take into account the last trains and travel time is around 30mins

Bed was fair, could feel the thin planks when lying on it, and our bedframe kept making squeaking friction sounds, probably because the screws were too tight. Room was small but typical of a double room in Tokyo, especially at this price.

Location was awesome, near to the buzz at the Nitenmon Gate, late night pharmacies and budget shops. Customer service was great, staff were polite, well-trained and spoke fluent English. We were pleasantly surprised by the availability of ice/vending/washing machine and dryer.

They give the water only 3 bottles although we stay at here for 4 nights. Other hotel that we used to stay gave 3 bottles per day. No cleaning everyday.

Good location easy to access Zenzoji Temple but a little bit far from train station. Room size is good for 3 peoples, we can open three 23 inches luggage together. Everything in the room so new.

I highly recommend Hop Inn Asakusa. The hotel is fairly new, providing many amenities, free coffee and tea. The service was friendly and helpful. Close to plenty of places to eat and just behind the Senso-ji Temple. Walk right across the street to the back of the temple grounds. Lots of shopping in the area and a short walk from Kappabashi.

Near to line Asakusa and Ginza line, one way from/to Narita airport. Just need to cross the road to go to the temple. Asakusa is a really good area to stay and the hotel is well located and clean!! Totally recommend :)

The toilet & bath is relatively small. I think it is just the typical size in Japan but it is well fitted and everything you need is there.

Overall, Hop Inn Tokyo Asakusa is the best especially its location and proximity. Everyrhing we need is just a walk away! Restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, coffee shops, malls, tourist spots, and train stations — everything is just a walk away!

The bathroom was small, but not uncomfortable. Had to fold my knees a little just so I can fit into the tub (I'm 5'3). There were also times when I would bump into the bathroom walls cause of the size. I wish it was a little bigger, but I think that is the typical size in Japan since that's what I also experienced in my hotel in Osaka. Maybe put a microwave in each room or on the lobby so people can heat up food that they bought in convenience store.

The facilities were great. I loved our room. Our room is just right for two people. It wasn't cramped out, but it was not super big. We had enough space for our luggage and other stuff that we brought for the trip. The staff were also super helpful whenever we needed their assistance and very friendly. Moreover, I really appreciated the fact that we can leave our luggage on the lobby after we've checked out since our flight was at 8pm and check out time is at 11am. The hotel is near to a lot restaurants and convenience stores. Also, it's near Asakusa station so it was very easy for us to go anywhere. Just take the Keisei line from Narita Airport since it goes directly to Asakusa station (no transfer) and vice versa. Will definitely stay in your hotel again!

The room isn't clean enough. The headboard and the space next to the bed are dusty. For facilities room at 2 floor, the hotel should provide more baskets for laundry. The detergent should have proper location than just placing it on the floor.

The bed is soft and very comfortable. The room is well organized and good usable space for open 3 suitcases. The bathroom is small but comfortable. The hotel is at very good location, near the subway station, sensoji temple, shopping streets and many restaurants.

I highly recommend this hotel for its close proximity to the tourist spots in Asakusa. Accessible from & to Narita airport. The staff are also very helpful & friendly. It's also a new & clean hotel.

1. No house keeping every day unless you leave your trash at the door, not just put the signs on the door. It is very weird we were asked to leave our trash at our room door before going out. Don't really like to see someone's rubbish outside of the room door. 2. Double Room is very very small for two people plus one 2 year old child.

Location is great to explore Tokyo. Near to the metro and close to some attractions like Senso-ji temple, besides having lots of food options around. The hotel was brand new, clean and everything worked really well

Location! Is just a 2mins walk to asakusa temple and about 5-7mins walk to asakusa station. And because of the location, i sign up kimono experience twice as the rental shops are nearby. The staff are so friendly and room is clean. Convenient shop is just right beside and Ichiran Ramen(close at 10pm) is about 8mins walk and less queue. The room size is just nice for me, but it might be squeezy for 2 person. The bed is large and comfy. I really enjoy my stay there.
