The location was great and the staff & facilities were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms are a bit dated and need to be refurbished. I took the same joinery out at home 30 years ago

Fabulous location away from the bustle of Tokyo. Easy train ride to pretty much the hotel door. Good eating at the mall opposite. Staff lovely View is incredible from every room Would come again

Room was not well suited to a family of 4, despite being told it would be. We were very cramped and the beds took up the entire room except for one skinny walkway. The additional services like spa, pool and onsen were also very expensive ($40 AUD per person, per visit, in the case of the pool).

Lovely rooms with a good view. They also had Incredible staff - very friendly and well spoken. The location was excellent for public transport and exploring. Very close to shops, landmarks, and plenty to do in the area.

The service in general, the welcoming bubbles, the reception staff and the concierge staff and their service was exceptional.

They charge you to use the swimming pool. $78 Australian per adult and about $20 per child. Room service is closed at midnight which was very unexpected for such a big hotel.

Incredible views of the bay. The location is excellent with train station a 2 minute walk from the lobby.

They sold us a 2 person room as a 4 person room, they literally put 2 extra beds in a room that barely fits 2, the chairs and coffee table had to be placed almost on top of each other to fit. For a 5 star hotel and price we paid, this was an insult. I had to waste a lot of time to get moved. They upgraded us to make it better, so we were ok after couple of days, but still...

Breakfast is amazing. Really nice spa. Executive lounge is great. Location is great.

The hotel is quite old. Furnitures are a a bit worn out. However the beds are clean and comfortable

Breakfast was mid - not many options for vegetarians. The expensive seasonal fruit plate on room service is the same fruit provided at breakfast which is not worth it at all. Spa and pool costs extra - but not like £5 extra, £15 extra which seems expensive providing the cost of the hotel itself. Wi-Fi is NOT free which is concerning providing this is supposed to be 5 star. The hallways are slightly outdated and would benefit from painting - specifically the doors to maintenance cupboards on 10th floor

A bit cheap to make you pay extra fee to enter the swimming pool. Queue at the breakfast, not being able to just go and sit. Also, breakfast stopped at 10h30, I found a bit annoying to have someone coming to your table at 10h15 to remind you that timing.

Booking.com room info said room had drinkbar. But it didnt. When I asked the staff, they said the room type I was staying didnt come with drinkbar. So i think Booking.com needs to revise their room details. Complimentary coffee the room had was very basic instant coffee. Expected more from 5 star hotel. Pillows were not comfortable. Too soft for my liking.
