WiFi was available, but unfortunately it didn't work in our bedroom - though we had access to a seating area downstairs where we could access it.

The location was ideal for us, within striking distance of Luxembourg city and easy reach of the Ardennes. We also enjoyed visiting the fortress of Montmedy, also very near at hand. Our host gave us a warm welcome, and the accommodation was great. Breakfast featured strawberries from her family farm, along with home made strawberry jam

Great place to stay with friendly owners. The room was very spacious and had all we needed. Big bed, a sofa and a nice bath room. It is nice and quiet there so we had a good night rest. Breakfast was served by the owner in the morning. The Wifi is without a password and that is not working with iPhone/iPad these days. Would be good to update WiFi to have a password. It was not a big issue as 4G/5G was stable enough to steam some video. There are some big friendly cats at the property. There is a lot of parkingspace too. The kitchen has an oven and microwave in case you like to make a snack or even some coffee.

Breakfasts was okay. Could be a little bit more variety and better coffee. But that’s an issue in France in general …

Lovely setting and convenient + good value for a stopover on the way to our destination in France. Our room was very spacious and comfy. There were some play facilities for kids but it rained a lot when we passed through so we didn’t use them. All the heaters were on. In August. It was a little chillier then normal but the central heating really needn’t to be on.

Very lovely house, we had a crazy big room, very clean and the host was very friendly. Must try the home made strawberry jam made by the nice lady! There is a pizza automatic machine for late dinner, is actually good!

Sadly, this accommodation provides no evening meals, and we were directed to a local restaurant immediately opposite the hotel. We were warned prior that the menu was limited. Limited was such an understatement. One choice (take it or leave it) a beef burger mixed with cheese with chips. The food was lousy, cold and badly prepared and expensive. Perhaps unavoidable due to the remote location of the hotel (however there was a pizza vending machine nearby). Breakfast in the hotel was extremely limited (Bread stick with various jams and of course, strawberries).

The room was perfect. Comfortable, roomy and clean. Our hostess met us and made us very welcome. We had no complaints about the accommodation or price.

There was no hot water so no shower 😢 Also, not easy to find the place with the gps, had to phone to receive the directions
