I forgot my medications in the refrigerator there and called on the same day from another city and they said it was not found, which is hard for me to beleive, as it was in a special refrigerated bag. I was very disappointed from their response

Horrible electronic music in the lounge bar - needs some smooth jazz.

An excellent hotel. Well located (though a longish walk from the station), large, well-equipped rooms with very comfortable beds and nice views from the upper floors. Recently refurbished and presents very well. Excellent staff, and good cocktails in the pleasant lounge bar, with extended happy hour pricing (50% off). Two restaurants, pool, sauna, etc. Recommended.

Although the staff person helping us out for doing the check- in was very friendly, we had trouble (30 min) to understand why the room was not available. She had a limited english knowledge. Because of this communication barrier we had to ask another staff member to assist us. He was extremely helpful.

Spacious room, quiet, with comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from. Walking distance to the Peace Memorial Museum.

Only suggestion, I received a text asking me how they can assist during the stay, but I received no communication back to my query, which was a little disappointing. Room service was also done poorly - Apart from a few new towels, it looked like nothing else was done (i.e. removal of other towels, making of beds, etc).

The facilities of the hotel were outstanding, as was the location and the staff. I was extremely impressed by the lounge bar also, particularly their offering during happy hour.

Jarring piped music in various locations was unwelcome. Zatta bar was very average.

Room was quiet, had a good view and was well designed. Room had Executive club access which was a very nice additional benefit for breakfast and cocktails. Japanese restaurant was good and atmosphere considerably better than the other restaurants/bars. Late checkout was helpful.

Really fantastic hotel. The service was excellent and the rooms were beautiful. The breakfast was ghetto best I have had in Japan. I travel a lot and this was also the best hotel gym I have been to. Truly a 10/10 experience. I was only there one night and was sad to leave.

Nothing, this Hilton is fabulous!

Our room was beautiful and spacious. There was a huge picture window and window bench seat with pillows. Very nice view! The king size bed was very comfortable with 4 great pillows. Great shower and towels. Everything was very clean. Nice to have coffee in the room. Such a generous breakfast! Very good coffees! Good location for bus. We walked to the Peace Memorial sites.

We booked an Executive room and were not disappointed. The room was very large and very well equipped. Staff were really helpful and coffee shop in lobby had great pastries. The location was good, within a 10 min walk of restaurants and shops.

Hotel evening dinner was under whelming
