CanadaThe onsen bath was a little basic but still pleasant. The bunkbed was a little short if you are on the taller side - not unusual in Japan, but you can't hang your feet over the end like on the low beds. My only regret was coming in a season without snow!
The taproom of local craft beers was amazing with a lovely ambience, great selection, delicioius food and a quite knowledgeable bartender. The breakfast was fantastic providing a delicious if basic eggs & bacon meal with really good coffee in decent sized mugs - Wow! The view from our room was incredible. The beds were quite comfortable and there was quite a bit of room.

AustraliaNo complaints. Doors aren't self locking so make sure you lock it, although very safe I forgot to lock the door on many occasions.
So happy with everything here, help, recommendations, breakfast included and restaurant in-house, plus transportation and in-house onset. Would return and recommend. Staff helped us book last minute snowboarding lesson and gear hire.

Great location, staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again especially if we were to return in winter to go skiing. Easy walk to a well-stocked Lawson store.

JapanMy daughter and I stayed for 10 days. It was pretty long stay due to her snowboarding lesson. I must say that everything is just perfect for us. They have spacious room, hot spring and free breakfast. It is what we needed. For dinner, it was not much choices nearby. We bought our dinner in convenience store and ate in the room. We definitely want to go back the next year.

Great location with a courtesy bus to some resorts out the front and only a short stroll to the bus stop for the other resorts or you can walk to Happo one. Beers and burgers in the tap room were top notch. The onsen after a day on the slopes was brilliant

Location is superb - very accessible to most ski resorts by car. We also liked the service provided by the hotel to book things for us such as meal reservations, ski lift passes etc.

AustraliaFor a skil trip the Panorama is well very set up, although it is about a 10min walk to the nearest lift, and for some of the nearby ski fields it is a 10 min walk to the bus station for the shuttle bus. Brreakfast was adequate but certainly nothing to get excited about.
Rooms were very comfortable with a lovely view of the mountain. The Onsen was great. The drying room worked well. A short walk into the town 5-10 mins. Shuttle pick up from train station on arrival was great. Staff very helpful. Shuttle bus to one of the nearby ski fields picks up and drops off at the hotel. The Taproom is a great place for a beer at the end of the day.

The in-house restaurant/bar was great, lovely helpful staff and great food. Laundry facilities were excellent. Location is 15 minutes away from the main bus terminal when walking in ski boots. Warm rooms.
