We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Near big shopping district. Service staff was very helpful. If you are not in a hurry, can even walk to Nagasaki train station.

Breakfast was delicious with a good range of dishes. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great hotel - would stay here again happily.

United KingdomWe booked this hotel at the last minute and it completely exceeded our expectations. The room was a good size, very clean and really well equipped, it even had a microwave! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great too. We only stayed one night so didn't have chance to fully explore all the hotel's facilities like the public bath, but if we are ever in Nagasaki again, we would definitely stay here.

SingaporeDue to its affordable price and good location, the hotel appeared to be understaffed at times as it was almost always crowded near the lobby.
I loved the location of the hotel, and there were many great amenities in the hotel, including a Hotel Bar (which serves drinks at a relatively cheap price) and a Public Bath. In addition, the hotel had a free laundry service, and the staff were relatively friendly.

This hotel was great, the staff were very friendly, they offer free coffee and green tea in the lobby, the room and bathroom were very modern and clean, the location was also great and right next to tram stops and the canal, great for walks. The price was also good! There’s a nice bar in the building too, and the gelato they sell was really nice (I’d recommend the castella flavour which is Nagasaki’s speciality cake). The decor in the lobby and ground floor was also nice.

A microwave in the room was a plus too. The green tea served in the lobby Sonogi cha （そのぎ茶） was flavorful! Great location, friendly and helpful staffs, all in all one of my favorite places.
