-You get a whole house! It is very spacious than staying in hotel! -You will feel like you are living with Japanese style, it's something you can not get in hotel or Ryokan -All equipment are in good condition and works accordingly -Neighborhood is very quiet and safe -Parking space is available and free Overall I am very happy to stay in this house, Superb!!!

    Nothing. Bit isolated maybe.

Definitely recommend this stay, especially if you are looking for something "off the beaten track".

This property is in a remote location and would be difficult without a car - this is not a problem but people need to be aware of this. Not sure where the courtyard was and somewhere to sit outside in the garden would have been nice.

The property is exactly as described - a very old traditional Japanese house. It was lovely to stay here and feel the life of this tiny village. The property was clean and easy to manage including being able to cook and wash clothes. It is a beautiful quiet location that is easy to walk around and easy to explore Sado Island from here (with a car).

I didn’t have international driving licence so that it was difficult to go around and it’s quite expensive to use taxi
