Our stay was great, the room had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious, my brother and I stayed here for 5 nights. We had travelled from Brisbane Australia, definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Osaka. Check in was very simple and easy, transportation was easy to get to if you don’t mind walking.

I requested 2 non-smoking rooms. One of the rooms obviously had smokers staying in the room before us as the smoke smell was so bad we had to buy air freshener to spray the room every day.

This hotel is in a great location , walking distance to restaurants ,markets bars and cafes. Dotonbori is a 10-15 walk .. The apartment is quite roomy with 2 king-size single beds , a kitchenette, and a separate bathroom and toilet . There is also a washing machine and dryer.

Great sized kitchen with extremely limited items to cook. We had not even glass for water. 4 plates, few cutlery, 3 mugs, 1 frying pan, 1 cooking pan only. It was a shame I found not able to cook due to limited supplied items.

Washing machine was perfect Beds are comfortable Even though it was close to highway, we had no noise thanks to excellent noose isolation

We didnt need to cook on this trip, but if we did maybe some extra utensils, crockery and cutlery would be needed.

This hotel was exceptional. Almost new, spotlessly clean, easy for entry without any staff present. Really well designed, comfortable, good appliances, fridge/freezer, hot water and aircon.

location is not the best

self check in hotel, make sure you have the mail sent by the hotel. location is a bit inside area with apartments only, need to walk to reach main area through narrow streets. Room itself is clean and comfortable. We took one room for two, not sure if 4 people can fit into.

The check in could have been earlier and all the pillows didn’t have pillow cases (Big pillows). The duvet cover was a size to small but not an irritation.

Close to activities, spacious , microwave, big fridge freezer …. Traveling is expensive and having the opportunity to make own food and stack your own food and drinks in bigger fridge really helped.

It would be useful if there were some towel hangers in the bathroom, as we had nowhere to hang the towels after using. We ended up putting them on the washing machine but that is not very convenient as they did not dry properly.

Very good location close to the city centre. The room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The check-in process was easy and fast. For first time visitors, the entrance is just a simple gray sliding door, a bit hard to notice at first as it has no flashy text to show you that it is a hotel. This is not a problem but we looked around for a bit before finding it.

The exhaust fan above stove top hung out too far, easily causing possible head bumps. Although I used my Netflix account (for late night viewing), the TV would not play in English - only Japanese voiceovers or Japanese subtitles.

Location was perfect and quiet, even though it was just a short stroll to the bustling area of Dotonbori. Also only a short walk to train station. Separate kitchen with breakfast bench was a bonus. Bathroom/shower room was clean and decently sized for an apartment in Japan. Overall, a great apartment. Highly recommend it.

bigger bed cover. The doona size only just covered the top of the bed. Pillows were quite hard and used the cushions on the sofa one night just to get comfortable.

Convenience of location to the train stations, restaurants etc. Having an apartment that was quiet even though it was located to a main highway. Good to have a washing machine/dryer with detergents too

The building was a bit sterile, but fine for 4 men traveling on a golf trip.
