The view from the room was fantastic. Pier at the hotel to take the boat to Miyajima. Spacious room and bathroom.

We had the Chinese buffet one night, it was very underwhelming for the price. The rooms were outdated and tiny bathrooms.

The location, on the water, ferry immediately out the front. I’m so glad there was a convenience store in the lobby area as we used this daily. The free shuttle to the city centre was also very helpful.

I would skip breakfast. Far from the center

Amazing hotel, located on the Bay of Hiroshima. We had a great room in the 9th floor, with amazing view. Relative to Japan the rooms are very very big.

A bit too far away from the city. Also nothing is included in the price and everything from breakfast to spa is a bit too pricey.

The property is so beautiful and the location is stunning. Big hotel and huge reception area. I wish something was included in the price to be able to enjoy a bit more the facilities.

Not many food options available nearby. A long one hour by public transport to Hiroshima station as the courtesy bus did not run very late in the evening.

The view was amazing. Our room was quite large. Shuttle bus to and from Hiroshima station was convenient.

The view was nice, however hotel was a long way out of town. The foyer was attractive. The breakfast was very poor. Don't expect to enjoy a drink at the 23rd floor or desert, it is only open restricted hours. There is a handy shuttle service to and from Hiroshima, it is free.

The room was a good size but a little shabby and run down. The hotel shuttle bus to city is very infrequent and the times are not super convenient. We wnded up having to catch taxis.

Beautiful lobby, very flash. Amazing bay view from our room. So convenient to be able to take ferry straight from hotel dock.

Nothing. Some say it’s a distance away from the centre but I see this as a bonus as it’s a stunning location with great fast boat to the islands.

Japanese breakfast was rather dull compared to the ones we have tried so far and the tattoo prohibition at public was surprisingly strict for an international hotel holding big events for people from all around the world

Only stay for a night. Hard to find food, only restaurants in the hotel available, which is quite expensive. Convenience store doesnt open 24hours. No market place in the hotel

The location is a bit far from city centre, but there is a shuttle bus everyday almost every 2 hours, which is great. Room with a great view looking over by the bay. Its a great resort hotel.

Restaurant options in the area were very limited. The hotel restaurants were busy/booked out meaning we needed to take a taxi to get food. Bathrooms were tiny.
