Fantastic spot close to Namba station. We had a deluxe studio and it was perfect, clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were very helpful especially when organising our luggage transfer. The location is convenient for sightseeing and to catch the train to Nara for a day trip. It was also easy to get to from Osaka Shin station on the metro. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, as there were plenty of nearby options. The studio had a washer/dryer which was ideal as we had packed light- It was so quiet that we were able to run it at night while we slept! I would highly recommend.

Fraser Residence is in a good location, walking distance to a lot of attractions and popular areas. The room we got had a washing machine in it which was nice! It was very comfortable and the reception staff was very friendly. The fitness room/gym was fairly spacious and had a good amount of equipment. The residence feels safe because you have to use a key to enter after certain hours. I would definitely stay here again!

The floor under the bed is very dusty and the wardrobe area caused us to sneeze a few times when we first entered the room.

The hotel is very ideal for a small family like us because of the location, the washing machine, all readily prepared kitchen utensils we can use, it has a lotion too! And the extra room for wardrobe that helped us keep the room neat and tidy throughout our stay. It is also near Mcdonald's that is open 24/7 and a walkable familymarts!

There was a bit of a moldy smell coming from the bathroom. I think maybe they need to use something stronger to clean like bleach or something.

After traveling around Japan for several weeks this is definitely one of my favorite hotels. It's really close to the station, the staff are multilingual and the room is fully equipped with everything you might need. I especially liked that it had a smart TV that connected to my Netflix account. I went to several other hotels, one that was another four star and it did not have that option. The breakfast was also great, nothing to elaborate but a great way to start the day.

The location was excellent. Just across the street from Nankai Namba station airport train exit which is very convenient and eliminates the need to drag heavy luggage across long distances. The hotel is in the heart of Nambai, close to the famous Shinsaibashi shopping street, Dotonbori and Kuromon Market. Food choices are also plentiful around the area. The room is spacious and has all the amenities you need for a short or long stay, and there is even a washing machine in each room.

Such a spacious apartment! Having the washer/dryer in room definitely set this place apart from other accommodation. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming. TV also had streaming services which we did not see much in other accommodation in Japan. Such great value for money. Big shopping centre and food courts + public transport just across the road. This was probably our favourite stay in Japan.

The hotel is located very near to Dotonbori and the Osaka subway. The hotel is also located near Nankai station which allowed us to travel to Kansai airport easily. The staff is able to converse well in English. There is an in-room washing machine and dryer. Breakfast provided was Suberb.

Right in Namba, so many great places close by. Also easy to access the train station. The room was spacious with all the amenities we could need, and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. Could easily have spent weeks in the room.

It is very close to Nankai express from Kansai airport no matter you take the Rapid express or local train from Kansai airport to Namba. Just about 3 mins if you find Swissotel exit. You have a lots eateries, supermarkets and convenience stores close by. If you want to take side trip to Kyoto, Kobe etc, you have all transportations.
