Providing oil & salt & pepper would be super helpful. Also, it would be better if the chaise lounge was a small couch so two people could sit and watch the tv.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very modern and comfortable and having a washing machine in the room is so convenient. They provide laundry pods too which is very nice. The tv is a good size and is a smart TV so you can log in and watch e.g. Disney + (and also it logs you out after each use so you don't have to worry about forgetting to log out). Plenty of USB ports in the room. Location is good, close to a bus stop, 7-11 & Family Mart right outside, plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to.

Everything you need - the family room was great for 2 couples. We loved the bunk beds and there was privacy from the other beds which was nice. The little kitchen is a nice touch and then laundry in the room! What else do you need?

There is a kitchenette but no plates or cutlery! A shower cap would also have been good.

This is a lovely hotel - spacious clean rooms in a minimalist Japanese style with a youthful vibe. It's a little walk to the Peace park but the area behind the hotel is full of wonderful small eating places. We loved it.

I was truly impressed with the hotel room—it exceeded all my expectations. The space was generous, giving it a comfortable, open feel that’s hard to find. Every corner of the room was thoughtfully designed, blending modern aesthetics with cozy touches that made me feel right at home. The amenities were equally impressive, with every convenience you could need thoughtfully provided. From the sleek decor to the high-end fixtures, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. I can’t say enough good things about the experience.

There were a few things missing - like a kitchen bin, or place for recycling - that made things a bit tricky, but in general, other than the diminutive size, it was a great place to stay.

The included breakfast was generous and delicious. The room was small (especially for a family of five), but pristine, and everything was well designed to maximise the space.

While the kitchen was equipped with basic tools, it would have been nice to have glasses in addition to mugs. There were also no teaspoons, and the knives provided were not sharp.

The location is not central, but it’s still convenient. It’s realistic to walk to a major station as well as to a nearby shopping street. Additionally, a light rail station is just a 9-minute walk away, providing direct access to the ferry station for Miyajima.

The room we stayed in was on the second floor, and faced a brick wall so no view. Beds slightly firm.

Location was good, Hiroshima is such a beautiful vibrant city with a dark past. The hotel was clean with beautiful tatami flooring a good size room for Japan. Well appointed with a washing machine. Minimal fuss to check in/out.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family of three, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main shopping and dining areas, which made exploring Hiroshima a breeze. Our room was spacious and modern, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were excellent, adding to our overall comfort. Additionally, it was only a 10-minute walk to the tram station, making it easy to access Hiroshima Station and the iconic A-Dome. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The view, our room faced onto the side of another building, but considering we were only there to sleep this did not bother us too much

It was very clean, modern, the room was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a washing machine and kitchenette with hob. Fantastic use of space, our daughter loved the bed set up.

We got a room for disabled people, even though we had not booked such a room. The sink was very low and uncomfortable. We asked for a room change, and the staff did that. Checkout time is 10:00 am, which is very unusual. Upon our 3 week of Japan trip, this was the only strange hotel apartment with weird hours.

The Rooms are large and have a washing machine, which is a big plus. The beds are very large.
