The room does not have a beautiful view. The sink is outside the bathroom, next to the bed, although there is a moveable wall to block it. But it is not comfortable to use. The accommodation has no shops, restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Suitable for guests who have their own cars.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room size is spacious and comfortable. All equipment is complete. There is a common living room and dining table. The hotel is beautiful and classy.

The location is slightly bit far to reach via public transport except from taxi, it will be nice to have pick-up service from the station. Always it will be great to have a small gym

There was no breakfast available. We managed by buying groceries and using their common area to eat. They have a microwave and provide disposable utensils

The hotel is slightly outside of the main town area and it was about a 20 minute walk. So it wasn't too bad but worth being aware of!

As its located a little out of town, it wouldn't be very practical for public transport. If you have your own vehicle then it is a great option, you just need to drive into town.

We loved our stay in Nikko. The staff are lovely and were always on hand to assist with queries, carrying luggage etc. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the bed might be the most comfortable I have ever slept in - like a cloud!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to the helpful English-speaking staff and excellent facilities. The room is with reasonable size, very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Though there is no restaurant at the hotel, you can order food in advance and there are vending machines. You can also buy food from convenient store in town and heat it up in the kitchen where oven, microwave, toaster and other utensils are provided. There're seatings in the garden where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We did enjoy our stay and made the right decision to stay here.

The location just out of town was quiet and peaceful. You could walk there but. Taxi cost only A$10. The room was fabulous. Very spacious with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom, The common living area was great and the kitchen for heating food was convenient.

The coin laundry turned out to be a major bottleneck. We had to stay up past midnight to use the dryers because other guests were re-running them several times.

My husband and I loved the place. I also paid for another room with a bathtub and my granddaughter keeps wanting to go back. Very pleasant stuff. I will plan to go back here when in Japan.

The hotel doesn’t have any restaurant, coffee place or any alternative for buying food. Adding the fact that it is quite distant, food management becomes an issue.

Very clean and modern, staff are super nice, quite Location, common area well equipped. There is no food around, but you can bring you own or buy snacks/pizza at the reception. Location is 30 min walk from the City itself, but a taxi is around 1000¥ (7$) to the main Station, and from there everything is a waking distance. Taxis are a bit rare at night though, so you best option back will be the taxi stand next to the main Station. If you take the distance in consideration, this is easy one of the best Hotels i had in Japan.

No restaurant in the hotel with a few restaurant options in the neighborhood (mostly closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays). It takes around 30 minutes walk to Nikko central area. (We did enjoy the walk anyway though)

Friendly staff, good location if you are visiting Kirifuri Plateau, clean and stylish room, nice lobby with free coffee/tea bar, and the beautiful balcony just outside of the lobby.

new & modern hotel. very friendly staff thoughout excellent location. super design & ambience easy parking many good restaurants with approx 2km (ideally you need a car here) Nikko is a wonderful area!
