Like the bed, the bathroom, the toilet, the concept of the room with little kitchen and washing machine. Like the shampoo and bodywash. Like the drying cloth dryer. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to JR line, Nankai Line. From Kansai airport to here is convenience. Near to Don Don too where we can get our daily stuff. The hotel is value for money too.

Being able to shower and lay in the bathtub was such a treat after a long day walk/ shopping. Wash machine and laundry liquid were provided!!! it’s a big plus for our stay. hair dryer, which is considered essential as for most Asians, was also available, rick another box! Self-check in was flawless.

Very clean and new hotel. Check-in was easy. Location very very near to rail station. Donki is only 3 mins walk away and opened till 5 am. Toothbrush, razors, combs, cotton buds, everything was supplied. Towels are clean. There is even a clothes dryer in the bathroom. My family loves this hotel!

Suggesting more glass in the room for added convenience, allowing simultaneous use for makeup while others are bathing, could enhance the accommodation's functionality. It's a thoughtful idea for improving the overall guest experience.

The seamless check-in process, the thoughtful provision of a luggage rack with a lockable cable, and the excellent location near key transportation hubs (JR, Subway, Airport line) make it an ideal choice for exploring Osaka and city nearby. Additionally, the convenience of having a shopping mall like Mega-Donki nearby adds to the overall positive experience.

Room temperature - the room still felt pretty cold despite having an air-conditioner heater as it had a balcony and some airflow vents that let the outside air in 😅 We were able to close the vents but it still felt a little chilly. Neighbourhood felt a little sketchy at times as we got to know that our area was close to Shinsekai and Tobita Shinchi (some of Osaka's red light districts) only after getting there (reminder to do adequate research!)😅 The Don Quijote was right beside a giant casino as well. Despite that, we still felt relatively safe as we didn't stay out too late (past midnight). Shinsekai was pretty charming and nostalgic still as my family mentioned it was reminiscent of places in the 70s.

Great location - many metro stations nearby (e.g. Shin-Imamiya/Dobutsuen-mae etc.) which honestly was very convenient, but also a little confusing. Thankfully Google Maps are almost always accurate, so we didn't have too many issues A giant Don Quijote and Daiso were nearby, with several convenience stores such as Family Mart and Lawson all within walking distance as well - great for shopping and late-night snacks There was a Kura sushi outlet (gachapon sushi) nearby also and it was a fun meal time! Straight from Kansai Airport - you can take a train directly to and fro Kansai Airport (via Nankai-Kuko Line), which is very convenient Close to Namba area/Dotonbori - the commute took only around 20 minutes Spacious and well-equipped - there was enough room to lay out my family's luggage (we had 6 pieces of luggage for three people and we could lay out at least 4 of them), there was a dining table as well as a well-equipped kitchen, we even managed to cook up a meal! Washing machine was clean and easy to use, and the bathroom was equipped with a drying/heating function which dried our clothes very quickly even in winter time Sufficient facial tissues and toilet paper were given to us (4 packets/rolls of each were provided for my 4-night stay!) Clean - place was very clean and we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner, the staff also provided us with lots of clean towels and toothbrush kits during our stay as well Security - the main entrance required a password to get in which was communicated to us only on the day before our stay, which is an added layer of security - very much needed for us to feel safer, especially in this area (mentioned below) Toilets - very clean and there was nice-smelling shampoo, body wash, and conditioner provided

the bed and pillow. it's not that bad but a bit too thin and hard. and the bed is small for tall and big person but for me with 163cm, 51kgs is ok, My husband and my son are 180cm, 68kgs, they had complain for the small bed.

The location is really great, near the train station, Shin-imamiya and also subway Dobutsuen-Mae so we can go anywhere we want with a few steps from the apartment. and it's in the quiet neighborhood, have family mart nearby and also Don Quijote. I chose this apartment as they have vacuum cleaner so we can clean by ourselves without anyone entering our room. They also gave lots of towels every other day (hang it at our door knob). The room was very clean and big enough for 3 people. They have washing machine and also gave the liquid detergent. It would be even better if they have drier but the weather was dry so no problem.

Good location. Few mins walk to Dobutsuen-mae Station. Mega Donki is right next to the station. The sunset view is excellent from the balcony!

Very new and clean. All facilities in the room are fully functional. Can even dry clothes in the bathroom. Hotel is very near to two train stations and within walking distance to the Osaka Zoo. Always give promp response through email or through app eventhough outside working hours. Hotel also provide a place to leave your luggage safely if in case of early arrival. Smooth check in/out.

Only one pillow per bed provided. The other one is not that comfy, feels like styro beads fillers.

Location is accessible near train stations and convenient stores. Room is big enough to move while packing our things. Was able to do laundry while resting.

Having to repeat on-line check in identification when checking in again at the accommodation, this wasn't required at other places we stayed in Japan with the same check-in process for non-reception hotels.

Close to train station and restaurants. Very clean with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Spacious room (we stayed in 3 bed room). Building seems quite new.

1. Room spacious. What you see in the picture is what you get. Toilet and shower are separate, which is much better than hotels. 2. Location - accessible to all train stations. 5 mins walk only. 3. Convenient stores near the area 4. Clean and quiet area. 5. Very accommodating. My request / inquiries are done by sending messages, and they immediately reply and attend to our needs. I requested for drinking water and refilling of hand and bath soap, they immediately replenished it. 6. They give you towels every other day.
