Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Bed & pillows were comfy. The breakfast was delicious & had good Japanese variety. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed the rain-shower shower-head. Close to 7/11, Lawson, Family Mart, train stn, & other food/bar locations.

IndiaWe ended up paying more than what Booking.com told us to pay . As with all other hotels in Japan we had booked a room for 3 adults but they charged us more for the bed for the 3 rd person , but none of the other hotels in Japan charged us extra for the bed . The total cost for 3 people should be mentioned during booking itself .
Had a coffee machine in the lobby serving some good coffee . Also the staff were very friendly and helpful

PhilippinesUnfortunately, you can NOT earn Bonvoy points if you do not directly book thru Marriott’s. This is the only thing we were a bit upset about.
The property location is very strategic. It’s nearby train stations, food and other establishments. 15-20 minutes easy walk going to Glico & Dotonbori shopping area. Free Nespresso at the lobby. Room is spacious. The bed is very comfortable!!! Everything is clean and tidy. Bathroom amenities are good as well.

Surprised to see the bed in super king size, able to fit 2 adults and 1 kid. Cozy and modern design, looks nice and clean. Likes the design in small room able to store alot. Location is just next to train station, however it is not noisy at night.

Hong Kongwe booked a double room, and asked for a quieter room. upon check-in we were told that all the double rooms aren't quiet, as they face the expressway/highway/motorway! The quiet rooms are the twin rooms at the back of the hotel. The motorway is definitely audible - we could sleep, but we could certainly hear it. view from our room on the 13th floor attached. The lights are odd in the room too. the only way (we found) to turn on the bathroom lights was to have the master lights on - i.e. all lights on in the room.... we're not new to travelling or hotel stays so I highly doubt we didn't know how to use the light switches...
room and hotel are in good condition, staff were helpful with my wife's requests and in making a dinner reservation for us. the hot bath on the second floor was clean and quiet, and free to use. was nice to relax there. the hotel is near one subway stop. car rental shop was nearby too - 5 minute walk. was a close walk to the main shopping areas too. good size room for Japan. Liked the little sofa near the window. nice cafe on ground floor with free coffees.

The weather was getting cold and it would have been beautiful if they had nice English Breakfast available!!
Modern design, comfort, professionalism of staff, location. The room was spacious, and it was so nice to return after a long, stressful day. The bed was exceptional, and the nightshirt was great - I have not seen one for a long time!

SingaporeLocation is a bit far to Dotonburi although we did walk to Shinsaibashi-suji. The public bath could have had more toiletries. Also, they do not provide a yukata and footwear for going to the public bath which I found strange.
Nice and clean hotel. Train station right at the doorstep. They have a public bath which is important to us.
